In Proof of Existence in the World that Never Was, you can look at every member of Organization XIII's weapon and title. Zexion's was cracked. It was later revealed in "Kingdom Hearts: Final Mix 2".

Answer: Braig

Xigbar's name before becoming a Nobody was Braig. You know by just unscrambling his Nobody name and get rid of the "x".
