However, this was the time that Rouge was breaking into Robotnik (Eggman)'s base, so Rouge couldn't have been there. So, It happened at the correct time in Dark Story. But, wouldn't this mean that you should play as Knuckles first in hero? I guess it is because Sonic Team figured they should start you off as Sonic.
