Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Which of these areas is not in a map you can buy from Tingle in "Majora's Mask"?

Answer: All of them are found in Tingle's maps

Tingle is floating around on his red balloon throughout the land of Termina, and if I'm not mistaken, you're probably the only one to buy a map from him. The only way that you can see your whole map is by buying these maps from tingle at varying prices. If you shoot him down in one area, you may get a cheap map for the area you're in, but you'll get an expensive map that will also show you the next area.
2. How many Secret Seashells are needed for the grand prize at the Seashell Mansion in "Link's Awakening (DX)"?

Answer: Twenty

Secret Seashells can be found all over Koholint Isle, and when you collect five, ten, and twenty, you can receive prizes from the Seashell Mansion to the north-east. The first two prizes are more seashells, but the final prize is Link's Lv. 2 Sword! To get some seashells, Link needs to use different weapons and surroundings to access them.
3. What world can be found directly beneath Holodrum in "Oracle of Seasons"?

Answer: Subrosia

When General Onox kidnapped Din, the Oracle of Seasons, he sunk the Temple of Seasons into the land of Subrosia. After completing the Gnarled Root Dungeon, Link has to find the first entrance to this underground land to retrieve the Rod of Seasons. In Subrosia, Link must use many items and meet many Subrosians in order to obtain items that he needs in the world of Holordrum, and every time he needs to harness the power of a new season, he needs to return to the Temple of Seasons.
4. Which song is not played in "Majora's Mask"?

Answer: Song of Passing

The 'Song of Passing' is taught to you by Tott (the dancing man near the gravestone) on Windfall Island in "Wind Waker", and it behaves much like the 'Sun's Song'. Other songs from "Majora's Mask" that begin with 'S' are the 'Sonata of Awakening', 'Song of Time', and 'Song of Soaring'.

The 'Song of Storms' is taught to you in Ikana Canyon and it first appeared in "Ocarina of Time". The 'Song of Double Time' allows you to skip a portion of the day, and the 'Song of Healing' is taught by the Happy Mask Salesman when you obtain your ocarina.
5. Can Link find a Shovel in "Link's Awakening (DX)"?

Answer: Yes

Sure, you can find it, and you can find it early, but it costs a hefty price of 200 Rupees. That may sound expensive, but the Bow is 999 Rupees! Then again, when the shopkeeper isn't looking, you can always shoplift...but if you do that, you're bound to get punished when you try and shop there again.
The Shovel is found in "A Link to the Past", "Oracle of Ages/Seasons", and "Four Sword Adventures" to name a few games.
6. How many Rupees does a Scent Seedling cost?

Answer: None

The Scent Seedling is given to you on Crescent Island in "Oracle of Ages", and it's used in a few trades to get all of your items back. When Link shipwrecks on Crescent Island, the native creatures, the Tokays, take all of his items and scatter throughout the island. Using the correct combinations of items will let Link get them back.

This Scent Seedling takes many years to grow, so you'll need to plant it in the past to see it in the future.
7. On which island can you find Savage Labyrinth in "Wind Waker"?

Answer: Outset Island

The Savage Labyrinth contains every enemy in the game (excluding bosses) and to complete it, you have to go from floor to floor defeating every enemy. You can't advance in floors without doing this, and after a while it may get tiring. Carry some fairies around with you, because it's a long way to the bottom! What do you get after completing it, a Treasure Chart and a Piece of Heart.
8. What can not be put into a Spoils Bag in "Wind Waker"?

Answer: Rupees

To the victor go the spoils, right? In "Wind Waker", you can pick up spoils you find in chests and that are dropped from enemies and you can place them into your Spoils Bag. Once you realize which enemies carry which items, you can also use your Grappling Hook to snatch these items from off of your foes. Rupees won't go into your Spoils Bag.

Instead, they're kept in a wallet, like usual.
9. Where is Sakon's Hideout in "Majora's Mask"?

Answer: Ikana Canyon

Sakon is the thief that you can usually find strolling (or hiding) around North Clock Town. You can first see Sakon and stop him from escaping with the Bomb Shop Lady's bag during Night 1 in North Clock Town in order to get the Blast Mask. When you are helping Kafei get his Sun Mask, you have to head to Sakon's hideout in order to claim it.

In the end of this long quest, you can get the Couple's Mask.
10. What famous spider-like enemy can be found in gold variations and can either be found on the walls and ceilings of various places?

Answer: Skulltula

Skulltulas can be found in "Ocarina of Time" and "Majora's Mask" and come in different variations like Skullwalltulas, and Gold Skulltulas. When a Skulltula is gold, it's obviously important, so in both games, collect the tokens that they drop when you defeat them and you'll end up getting a prize after getting so many. Quite a few people get cursed into becoming a Skulltula in both games.
