1. What is the line that Leon speaks when shooting at the group of approaching zombies in his opening cinematic?

Answer: "What's up with that guy that was a clean hit."

This line that Leon says is in the opening cinematic. There is obviously something wrong with 'that guy' as he has been shot several times, moaning rather loudly and is covered in blood.

2. What is the question Claire asks Leon when they are in the squad car on the way to the police station? (Note: This is the second question she asks him.)

Answer: "You're a cop right?"

This is another question asked in the opening cinematic. The first question she asks Leon is "What's going on I arrived in town and the whole place went insane!" Leon ignores this question but answers the above question with the line "Yeah first day on the job, great huh?"

Answer: "What do you want? I'm trying to sleep here!"

You meet Ben shortly after meeting the mysterious Ada Wong. Ben is a journalist who is looking for a scoop according to Ada and has been locked up in the cell block.

Answer: "I just found out John's dead."

Ada was informed about John's death after meeting up with Annette Birkin. She says to Ada "John's dead. He became one of those zombies. My condolences and although I may regret this you will be joining him shortly." After giving this information to Leon with the above-mentioned line, Leon says "What!" Then Ada replies with a line that REALLY shows how much she loved John by saying "Never mind let's just get out of here; the sooner the better."

Answer: "And to think that Taxidermy used to be my hobby."

After this short conversation with Chief Irons, in the next corridor you see a stuffed tiger. Later on in the game you can read his diary and find out what his new hobby is. (I won't tell you what it is, but trust me, he is sick in his head!)

After this conversation the Chief gets his comeuppance. He dies two ways. If you are playing Claire's A Scenario a monster pulls him down through a trapdoor in the floor. After a short period of squishing sounds and screams Claire approaches and Chief Irons is thrown back up... well the top half is.

As for the second version of his death in Claire's B Scenario just think about Chest Busters from the "Alien" films and you will get the picture.

The William that Annette is referring to is her husband and Sherry's father. He is responsible for what is happening in Raccoon City. He is the one who created the Virus that turns people into zombies and is also a monster after he injected himself with the virus which caused his mutation.

Answer: "Are you listening?"

This is another line from the opening cinematic. After the zombie turns to Claire you can only see the whites of its eyes its moaning and continues to advance towards Claire despite her warning. Obviously he is NOT listening!

Answer: "That guy's a maniac, why'd he bite me?"

This guy turns into a zombie soon after this bite. This causes him to crash his truck. Unfortunately it crashes into the police car that Leon and Claire were in. This is how Leon and Claire got separated.

Answer: "Sorry but I just won't hand over my life's work."

William Birkin says in a letter to Chief Irons that he would not let Umbrella take his work. When he refuses to hand the G-Virus Sample over to them he gets shot and Umbrella take off with the sample. However, William has a tube of the G-Virus in his hand and he injects it into his own heart. This is what transforms him into a monster.
