Answer: Sheena

 Sheena is the only character who can gain a title by running away from battles. If you avoid running away from any battles until the battle with Yuan, Lloyd will earn the title of "Brave Soul". Sheena can also learn "Indecisive" by choosing to escape, then cancelling the option multiple times in one battle.
2. At which level does Raine receive the title "Wisewoman"?

Answer: 100

 At level 20, Raine earns "Researcher", and at level 40 she earns "Professor". She does not earn a title at level 60, but if you manage to get her all the way to level 100, she will earn "Wisewoman".
3. Which of the following characters does NOT gain a title during the visit to the Hot Springs?

Answer: Zelos

 Sheena earns the title "WOW", and Colette earns "Ironing Board". Lloyd ends up with "Peeping Tom", even though he is only trying to stop Zelos from watching the girls.

 All of the characters get a title if you complete this task. The titles are:
Lloyd - "Gourmet King"

Sheena - "Master Cook"

 These can be: Palma Potions, Mizuho Potions, Flanoir Potions, or a mixture of all of them. These potions must all be used in the same battle, but can be given to him by any character.

Some characters can gain new titles simply by fighting in a party with specific other party members. The titles that can be earned are:
"Crimson Rose" - Raine earns this title by fighting in an all-female party.
"Casanova" - Zelos can earn this title by being accompanied by three female characters in the party.
"Lone Girl" - Presea earns this title by fighting alongside three male party members.
"Testosterone" - Regal earns this title if he fights in an all-male party.
"Associate" - Presea can earn this title if she fights in a party comprised of characters from Tethe'alla.

 This is another event which every character can gain a title from. The colisseum battles can be entered by all the characters, and they can all gain a title by winning the advanced class. The titles are as follows:
Lloyd - "Sword of Swords"
Colette - "Super Girl"
Genis - "Ultimate Kid"
Raine - "Gladiator Queen"
Kratos - "Conqueror"
Zelos - "Grand Champion"
Sheena - "Rose Of Battle"
Presea - "Deadly Flower"
Regal - "King Of Colisseum"
Lloyd can also win the title "Tactical Leader" if you win the advanced mode as a party.
8. Who can earn the title "Treasure Hunter"?

Answer: Sheena

 Sheena can obtain this title if you find all the treasure chests in the game, including those on the world map. Once this has been completed, you must make Sheena your active character, and talk to the blue Katz in Katz Village.

Answer: Genis, Sheena, Zelos, Regal

 Genis has up to 20 titles he can earn, Sheena has 17, Zelos has 16, and Regal has 15. Lloyd can earn the most titles in the game, with 26, and Kratos has the least, at 10. Colette can learn 20, Raine has 17, and Presea has 16.
10. How can Zelos earn the title "Pickup Artist"?

Answer: Obtain his Beach costume in Altamira

 All of these things earn Zelos a title: By getting his Noble costume, he earns "Narcissist", by talking to all the women he achieves "Gigolo", and by fighting with three female party members he gains "Cassanova". You can only get four characters' beach costumes. Lloyd's is automatic if you complete the task, then you can choose one party member to get the costume, and then the two characters with the highest affection levels will automatically get the costumes.
11. There are only two titles which are shared by more than one character in the game. One is "Magic Swordsman", shared by Kratos and Zelos. What is the other?

Answer: Tetra Slash

 "Tetra Slash" can be gained by both Lloyd and Kratos, and is the only title which can be held by more than one party member. Sometimes characters gain titles for doing the same tasks as other characters, but the title is always different for each character. "Tetra Slash" is gained by performing a 3 combo attack followed by a special attack. "Friend" is a title Genis gains after a cutscene with Mithos. "Figurine Collector" is also one of Genis' titles, and is gained by completing the figurine book. "Hunter" is Presea's title, and is gained by fighting the same enemy five times in a row, and dealing the killing blow.
12. In order for Zelos to earn the title "Gilgamesh", he must equip six specific pieces of equipment. How many of these pieces can be found in Mithos' castle?

Answer: 2

These items are the Golden Helm and the Blue Shield. Zelos must also equip the Hyper Gauntlet and Jet Boots, which can be gained by defeating Abyssion, the Golden Armour, which can be bought from Koton, and Excalibur, which you obtain if you win the advanced mode in the colisseum as Zelos.
13. In order for Genis to gain the title "I Hate Gels!", you must avoid using any gels until a specific boss battle in the game. Which boss do you have to reach?

Answer: Pronyma

 There are a number of titles which require you to avoid certain actions, or only perform certain actions until a specific point in the game. These titles are:
"Gung Ho" - Lloyd - Keep your party's combined level below 145 until the battle with Rodyle.
"Eternal Apprentice" - Lloyd - Keep the wooden sword equipped until the battle with Killia.
"Brave Soul" - Lloyd - Avoid running away from any battles until you fight Yuan.
"Friendship First" - Colette - Don't let anyone die until the battle with Iubaris.
"I Hate Gels!" - Genis - Don't use any gels until the battle with Pronyma.
14. Colette's "Maid" title, along with her unique costume, can only be gained if a certain condition is met. What must you do for Colette's title to be available?

Answer: Avoid choosing Kratos over Zelos in Flanoir

 I chose Kratos over Zelos in the Flanoir event (no contest really!), and I couldn't work out why Colette's costume was unavailable to me. If you choose Kratos, the person you need to speak to to gain Colette's title and outfit will simply not appear.
15. Which two characters can receive titles by watching a skit involving Noishe?

Answer: Regal and Presea

 Regal gains the title "Paw Dandy", and Presea gains "Paw Mania". If you return to the elf village late in the game, you can learn all about what Noishe really is, and how he's not the dog Lloyd insists he is!
16. What is Genis' default title?

Answer: Magic User

 Everyone starts off with a default title, which does not have any effect on their stats. The default titles are:
Lloyd - "Swordsman"
Colette - "Fledgeling Chosen"
Genis - "Magic User"
Raine - "Teacher"
Kratos - "Mercenary"
Zelos - "Magic Swordsman"
Sheena - "Mysterious Assassin"
Presea - "Taciturn Girl"
Regal - "Convict"
These are the titles which reflect the characters as we first meet them, and the titles they gain often reflect the characters they have grown into.
17. Which of the following characters cannot gain a title from playing a mini-game?

Answer: Raine

 Genis can gain the title of "Experimental" by winning the red/green game three times. Lloyd can win the title of "Midlife Crisis" by completing the Uncle Game in Triet. Colette can gain the title of "Turbo Waitress", as well as winning the Palma Potion to give to the imposters, by playing the waitressing mini-game in Palmacosta.
18. Which title does Genis gain by learning the Meteor Storm spell?

Answer: Mana Master

 Genis is taught Meteor Storm by an old man in Heimdall, right near the end of the game. "Warlock" is gained automatically at level 40, and "Strategist" is gained by completing the Red/Green Light mini game. "Magic Cycle" is learnt by casting a spell of each of the six elements during one battle.
19. Assuming that you choose to keep Kratos in your party instead of Zelos, which of the following is NOT a title he earns through events in the game (ie, titles he gains without you having to do anything)?

Answer: Magic Swordsman

 In order to gain "Magic Swordsman", you must get Kratos to level 20. "Traitor" is acquired when he rejoins you at the Iselia Ranch. "Dad" is obtained as you leave Dirk's house, after Lloyd is given the two swords by his two fathers, as is "Judgment", which is also Kratos' unique costume.
20. Who can acquire the title "Fragile Shield"?

Answer: Presea

 "Fragile Shield" is earned by having your guard broken ten or more times in one battle. You can make it easier to get this title by making Presea block with her back to the enemy, so that when she is hit, her guard automatically breaks.
