Question 1 of 10
1. This is where it all begins - The Kongs' leafy home.
Stick to the treetops in this level and extra life balloons are yours to keep! Rambi the rhinoceros can be met near the end, making short work of the rest of the level, and can also open a bonus cave.

Which level is being described here?
Hint

Question 2 of 10
2. The soothing music here in this aquatic level may cause the Kongs to drop their guard. Enguarde the swordfish can be found twice and slays the fish the Kongs can't touch! Though even he can't hurt the purple Croctopuses and lone Clambo...

Which watery zone is this?
Hint

Question 3 of 10
3. In this level, the Kongs get to ride a vehicle Indiana Jones style. There are no breaks, making this level test reaction times. After the halfway mark, there will be Kritters and debris to avoid.
The Kongs could always use the shortcut barrel near the entrance, if it's too difficult, however.

Which hair-raising level is this?
Hint

Question 4 of 10
4. Amidst the cool sunset here are cool secrets. Five bonus rooms, to be precise. The standard fare of foes await, but a new foe, Manky Kong, is here to lob barrels in the Kongs' general direction. Fear not, however, as Expresso is here to help, and he will certainly be useful in finding all the bonuses in this level.

This is the last jungle level - can you identify it?
Hint

Question 5 of 10
5. After all that hard work, the Kongs just want to chill out, and can do so in this cold cave. A unique mechanism in the level are blue and red ropes, blue pulls the Kongs up and red pulls them down. Zingers and drops are waiting to cash in if the Kongs spend too much time on these ropes.

Which cool level is this?
Hint

Question 6 of 10
6. In this level, there's a lot of bouncing to do. Winky the frog is here to help, and, since he can jump on the many Zingers safely, can be useful. However, nothing can save the Kongs if they happen to fall off the moving platforms... those bounces can be tricky.

Which high up location are they at now?
Hint

Question 7 of 10
7. This level features a moving conveyer belt platform which is stood on for the majority of the level. Neckies feature heavily in the first half of the level, but other enemies will join in the fun after the halfway barrel.

Which level is this?
Hint

Question 8 of 10
8. The power in this level cuts on and off, leaving the Kongs to deal with intermittent lighting. Even the typically easy green Kritter can be deadly if you don't see it coming. Add rope swings and moving platform jumps, and timing is everything.

Which dark level is being described here?
Hint

Question 9 of 10
9. This next level is a likely abandoned mine, fit with atmospheric music. All that's here are many oil drums littered around, which happen to spew out enemies of varying kinds. TNT barrels can destroy the oil drums, but there's a hidden bonus wall waiting which needs one of them...

Which gloomy location are the Kongs at now?
Hint

Question 10 of 10
10. This is the last regular level of the game. Those grey Krushas will just laugh at the Kongs if they try to roll and jump on them... but a barrel will give the Kongs the last laugh! A menagerie of creatures can be met here, and there's a long drop if the Kongs lose their footing whilst dealing with them.

Which moving level is this?
Hint

Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. This is where it all begins - The Kongs' leafy home. Stick to the treetops in this level and extra life balloons are yours to keep! Rambi the rhinoceros can be met near the end, making short work of the rest of the level, and can also open a bonus cave. Which level is being described here?

Answer: Jungle Hijinks

This is an excellent level to gain extra lives. There are four red balloons, a green balloon and two blue balloons. One of the reds is in the Kongs' home, two are in the treetops (and the green follows them soon after), and one is in the first bonus cave Rambi can open.

A little less well known are the location of the blue balloons. Climb atop the cave at the very end of the level, jump and dismount Rambi, then jump again. If you're quick enough, you'll get fired from a barrel to the blue balloons. Add the KONG letters and an extra life from bananas (there are enough if you're thorough) and that totals fourteen extra lives. Not bad!
2. The soothing music here in this aquatic level may cause the Kongs to drop their guard. Enguarde the swordfish can be found twice and slays the fish the Kongs can't touch! Though even he can't hurt the purple Croctopuses and lone Clambo... Which watery zone is this?

Answer: Coral Capers

Coral Capers is the fourth level in Kongo Jungle. Like all the Kongo Jungle levels, it's not very difficult. It's the first underwater stage, and since the Kongs don't have any natural ways of killing the fish here, it's typically worth taking it slow so as not to get hit - until Enguarde is found, that is! He can be found a short way into the level, marked by a downward arrow of bananas, and also on one of the purple croctopus paths. None of the underwater stages have bonus rooms, but there is a group of bananas, a red balloon, and an Expresso token hidden here.

Answer: Mine Cart Carnage

Mine Cart Carnage, not to be confused with the later Mine Cart Madness, is the second level of Monkey Mines. The first half of the level is fairly straightforward - just jump over the holes in the tracks. After the halfway point, fallen mine carts and Kremlins in mine carts (which can't be killed) weigh in, making quick reactions important to preserve our monkey pals.
The convenient shortcut is located near the entrance - jump over the barrel and hang left, and you'll be shot from a barrel a stone's throw from the exit.

Answer: Orang-utan Gang

Orang-utan Gang is the fifth level in Vine Valley. Many of the bonuses involve throwing barrels at the correct walls, and most of them are somewhat hidden. The (in my opinion) hardest of these to get is Expresso to glide from the first path all the way under the entrance and to the room there.

The Manky Kongs shouldn't be toyed with and need to be offed quickly - but the rest of the regular level is actually pretty simple if one can't be bothered with the bonuses.

Answer: Slipslide Ride

Slipslide Ride is the second level of Gorilla Glacier.
To my knowledge, this is the only regular level with unique music (K.Rool encounter also does, but that's a boss level). There are three bonus levels here, which are easy enough to find (watch out for the Zingers for the third, though). Be ready to jump as Klaptraps can surprise.

A tip that should help with the ropes - climb in the opposite direction to the way they pull, and it will slow the Kongs down. This is most helpful near the end where they have to bounce to and from red ropes.
6. In this level, there's a lot of bouncing to do. Winky the frog is here to help, and, since he can jump on the many Zingers safely, can be useful. However, nothing can save the Kongs if they happen to fall off the moving platforms... those bounces can be tricky. Which high up location are they at now?

Answer: Rope Bridge Rumble

Rope Bridge Rumble is the sixth level in Gorilla Glacier. Winky is found early in the level, look for the top of the barrel under the second gap. He's at the end of the bonus level. After the halfway point, it's time to bounce, so keep in time with the moving platforms. Keep an eye out for a floating banana - the other bonus is there.
7. This level features a moving conveyer belt platform which is stood on for the majority of the level. Neckies feature heavily in the first half of the level, but other enemies will join in the fun after the halfway barrel. Which level is this?

Answer: Trick Track Trek

Trick Track Trek is the second level in Kremkroc Industries Inc. The Neckies can fly from the right quite quickly, so quick reactions are needed. After halfway, enemies will drop onto the platform from above. It's easiest to stand away from where they land and let them walk off, rather than jumping around and probably falling off in the process.
8. The power in this level cuts on and off, leaving the Kongs to deal with intermittent lighting. Even the typically easy green Kritter can be deadly if you don't see it coming. Add rope swings and moving platform jumps, and timing is everything. Which dark level is being described here?

Answer: Blackout Basement

Blackout Basement is the last level in Kremkroc Industries, Inc. This level can either be fairly average or tricky depending on the approach. Rushing through will not work well, as when it blacks out you really can't see anything (except the Kongs), unlike the other limited light levels.
Take it slow and steady, particularly with the rope jumps, and watch for Manky Kong near the end.

There are two bonuses - one is simple - just let the fourth arrow platform near the end drop. After, the Kongs are shot and release a barrel. This needs to be kept until just before the end where the second bonus is.

Answer: Misty Mine

Misty Mine is the third level in Chimp Caverns. It's also pretty easy considering how late in the game it's at, and is somewhat of a respite from the trickier levels in Chimp Caverns. The oil drums spew out Gnawtys, Klaptraps, Armys and Slippas. It's best not to play with the enemies here and just run through somewhat quickly, since the Klaptraps and Armys particularly are harmful.

Answer: Platform Perils

Platform Perils is the last level in Chimp Caverns. It is generally considered as one of the hardest levels in the game, with Tanked Up Trouble and Snow Barrel Blast being contenders. In addition to dealing with a lot of enemies on fairly small platforms, after halfway, the Kongs need to throw barrels at grey Krushas and hop on their arrow platforms before falling off. Donkey has an advantage in this level, since his barrel throw is easier to work with, and he won't be knocked back by the Klumps.
