1. This three door hatchback manufactured by Mercury was similar to the Ford EXP. It was introduced in 1981 as a 1982 model. When originally introduced, it only had 70 horse power. Can you name this car?

Answer: Mercury LN7

The Mercury LN7 was dicontinued in 1983 but the Ford version (EXP) was manufactured until 1988 until being replaced by the Probe. Although the Probe replaced it in the company's lineup, the Escort ZX2 can be seen as a more direct replacement to the EXP.

Although options were limited with this car, it either came with a four cylinder or V6 engine. The Stanza was a twin to the Auster and the Violet. Basically, the Stanza was forgotten about because of so many new cars being added to Nissan's line-up. Because of this, and the fact that it featured very bland and boring styling, it was removed in 1992.
