A new passport for terrorists would be required by law. Details on the passport would include their full contact details, number of explosives, and time/location of any plot. Long range laser guided water pistols would be issued to British soldiers serving abroad.

The Loony Party mentions animals quite frequently in its manifesto. It was proposed that guard dogs should be banned because they were too dangerous and replaced instead by guard tortoises. 'Rover' and 'Cuddles' were to be banned and sensible names only should be given to pets. Hyenas were not permitted to poop on the pavement as this was no laughing matter.
