'The Prince and the Showgirl' was released in 1957 and co-starred Laurence Olivier. Marilyn plays a cabaret dancer who is invited to supper at the Carpathian Embassy in Britain. She overhears a plot by the future king, Nicolas of Carpathia, to overthrow his father and she promises not to reveal her secret. On the day before Nicolas is to go back to his own country, Marilyn tells him what she knows and he is impressed.

He says that he is in love and wants her to return to his country. Marilyn decides that she prefers to stay behind and continue with her dancing.

'The Seven Year Itch' is a film that was released in 1955. It co-stars Tom Ewell who plays Richard Sherman, a man whose wife and son are away visiting in Maine. After reading a book about unfaithful men, he decides to invite 22 year old model Marilyn, to his flat for a drink.

The book, which is about men who are tempted to stray after seven years of marriage, has Richard interested. During the visit, he is torn between the seduction of Marilyn and the trouble he'll be in if his wife finds out.

She accompanies them on a wild horse hunt and is upset when she realises they intend killing them for pet food. This movie is the last one that both Clark Gable and Marilyn ever appear in.

When his test chimpanzee accidentally pours some chemicals into the laboratories' drinking water, the doctor starts to act younger. After his wife drinks the water, she thinks she is much younger and rings her old boyfriend.

He in turn thinks he has a chance with her and pursues her. Meanwhile the doctor and Lois are having their own good times. In the end sanity prevails and the good doctor and his wife stay together.

'Gentlemen Prefer Blondes' is a musical comedy that was released in 1953. Jane Russell co-stars as a showgirl who teams up with Marilyn's character Lorelei Lee. Gus' father doesn't like his son's choice of girlfriend and decides to hire a private detective to catch Lorelei being unfaithful to her fiance. Gus and Lorelei decide to elope and sail to France, bringing Russell along with them. Marilyn is accused of stealing jewellery and Russell helps by pretending to be Lorelei in court.

'Some Like It Hot' is a comedy released in 1959, which was written by Billy Wilder and I.A.L. Diamond. It co-stars Tony Curtis and Jack Lemmon as Joe and Jerry. Marilyn plays 'Sugar Kane'Kowalczyk, who is a Polish-American singer and ukulele player. After witnessing the 'Saint Valentines's Day' massacre in 1929, Joe and Jerry are on the run.

They meet up with Marilyn's band and disguise themselves as women. When the mob finally catch up with them, Sugar Kane, Joe and Jerry escape by hiding on a millionaire's yacht.

Unfortunately, the millionaire falls for Jerry, who he believes is a woman.

It is about a young man who leaves home to find his fortune and a girl. He falls in love with Cherie, Marilyn's character, who eventually runs away to Los Angeles to escape him. Finally, when he catches up with her, he kidnaps her and forces her onto a bus.

A road block forces them to stop and rest at a place called Grace's Diner. It is here that they both realize they are in love and were meant for each other.

The girls faint when they finally find out that their husbands are actually very well off.

The co-stars in this movie are Robert Mitchum, who plays Matt Calder and Rory Calhoun who plays Harry. Mitchum, who has recently been released from prison, rescues a gambler and his girlfriend from town.

He takes them to his farm and the gambler not only robs him of his horse and gun, but leaves his girlfriend, Marilyn, behind. When Mitchum's farm is threatened by Indians, they both escape by rafting down dangerous rapids.

'As Young As You Feel' is a comedy that was released in 1951. It was written by Paddy Chayefsky and Lamar Trotti. The co-stars in this movie are Thelma Ritter, Constance Bennett, Allyn Joslyn and Wally Brown. John Hodges plays Monty Woolley, a 65 year old employee of the Acme Printing Corporation, who has been forced to retire. To avoid retirement, he poses as the president of the parent company and goes back to inspect the plant. Mr McKinley, who is played by Albert Dekker, is the Acme company president and he is very nervous. Harriet his secretary, who is played by Marilyn, tries to calm him down. Unfortunately for Hodges, Mr McKinley's wife falls for him and makes it hard for him to achieve his goal.
