Answer: Ozzie

Born Osvaldo Canseco Capas, he and his brother Jose were twins, born on July 2, 1964, in Cuba. Jose went on to a storied career and also controversy dealing with the steriod issues, while Ozzie played for the Athletics for only one season, then two for the Cardinals and retired. Jose played for 17 seasons, and according to him was black-balled by all teams because of his tell-tales about steroid use in the Major Leagues, causing him to retire in 2001.

Hank was five years old than brother Tommie. While Hank went to two World Series, Tommie never made it. Tommie died in 1984 at the age of 45.

The Alou brothers were born seven years apart with Felipe being the oldest. Matty retired with 31 home runs, Jesus 32, both in 15 seasons, and Felipe with 206 over 17 seasons. The older Alou went on to manage in the big leagues.

Jay Hanna 'Dizzy' Dean was the older of the two. With his brother 'Daffy', they were quite a terror to National League batters while they were rostered together by St. Louis. Dizzy was the NL 1934 MVP. Dizzy died in 1974, and Paul later died in 1981.
