In the beginning of the episode when Brock was flying the X-1 with Dr. Venture, Hank, and Dean, the Air Force forced them to land. Dr. Venture wanted to talk to the Air Force pilots about why they forced them to land. The pilots ignored him calling him "Grandpa". Later on, Dr. Venture looked at himself in the mirror and said "Grandpa, how dare they? I'm only 43; still a young man. Maybe a little frayed around the edges but who wouldn't be between my work and raising two boys?"

It was not revealed exactly what was in the drink Dean made, they did show a banana peel, egg shells, and a jar of mayonnaise by the blender, but Hank drank the entire glass. Dean was surprised he was able to drink it and even said "dude I spit in that."

Although she was in disguise, she still couldn't cover her deep voice. The Monarch had her wired so that he could hear and see everything that was going on. The Monarch never planned on giving Dr. Girlfriend's character a name and told her to think of something on the spot once Dr. Venture asked about it.

Dean was reading off multiple choice questions and was not really helping him. When Dean asked "you're in Prague a sniper is in the window above you, there's an alligator behind you and a grizzly bear in front of you, what do you do?" Brock responded "back somersault pry off the alligator's jaw use it as a boomerang to take out the sniper, he falls out the window the grizzly will go for the easier meal." Dean was confused as that was not one of the choices on his sheet and said "the answer's C".

The serum quickly took into effect by first leaving a red mark. Dr. Venture thought it was a hickey but it seemed to be taking over his entire body. He later turned into a giant caterpillar. Dr. Venture explained that "apparently this is the reward I get for years of screwing with super science". Dr. Venture showed Hank his new body and thought he would be more upset with his new form; Hank was even excited about his father becoming a caterpillar.

Hank and Dean wanted him to do it; they were even dressed for it and had a radio to dance to. Hank even said "come on Brock you need strong cardiovascular agility training," Brock simply responded "no" and that was the end of that.

Despite all of this, Brock still got his License to Kill renewed. The only reason he passed was because the person who gave Brock the test knew him personally, Brock saved his father's life and Brock even babysat him when he was a child. Brock would have used the two way communicator watch Dean gave him to look up answers, but he was told to remove all loose items before the test began.

Dr. Girlfriend came by to give him the antidote before he could finish his cocoon. When she gave him the antidote, it made Dr. Venture fall asleep. He woke up as a human forgetting everything that had happened to him.

When Brock and Dr. Venture went to the strip club when they were both depressed, the bartender kept making fun of Brock's hair, Brock wanted to kill him the first time but he felt he could not because his License to Kill was expired at the time. At the end of the episode, Brock went back to the strip club to the same bartender and showed him his renewed License to Kill, once the bartender saw it he was immediately scared and Brock lunged at him which concluded the episode.

H.E.L.P.E.R. was seen helping Dr. Venture as a caterpillar while The Monarch was seen talking to Dr. Girlfriend about the body changing serum, The Monarch even got jealous after he learned that Dr. Girlfriend slept with Dr. Venture. For most of the episode, Dr. Girlfriend was dressed up as "Charlene" but she was seen in her usual outfit briefly when she talked directly to The Monarch.

Although one of The Monarch's henchmen was in this episode it was not Henchman 24, neither him nor Henchman 21 were in this episode.
