Answer: The flu

In the beginning of this episode, the family watches the news where they learn that the town has been struck with the flu bug. Even Tricia Takanawa is throwing up during her news story. Because of the epidemic, flu shots are running low and the town is reserving them for the elderly. Peter decides to see if he can get one and he purposely falls onto the syringe to get it.

Answer: Prostate exam

While at the doctor's, Peter is told to take a prostate exam because over forty-two years he hasn't had one. When Dr. Hartman tells Peter to drop his pants, Peter's hesitant and realizes what must be done during a prostate exam. He ends up running home frightened, confused, and naked. Peter tells Lois that he feels he was 'raped' by Dr. Hartman, but Lois knows better and thinks he's just an idiot.

Answer: Steamed asparagus

At the park, Stewie meets with a new dog and unexpectedly, his teddy bear Rupert is taken by the angry animal. Lois immediately rushes over to save Rupert, but it's too late. The bear has been ripped to shreds. Stewie is shocked and he tries to put his stuffed bear at ease. Later on, Lois re-sews the bear and makes Stewie his favourite dinner to make him feel better.

This causes Stewie to change his mind about killing Lois.

After deciding that he likes Lois, Stewie doesn't stop bothering Lois at all. When she finally gets a chance to relax in bed, Stewie comes in asking for her. When she finally reacts to him, he simply says 'Hi' and runs away giggling.
Meanwhile, Peter and the guys decide that they should sue Dr. Hartman for molestation.

In order to prevent other men from being 'raped' by Dr. Hartman during their prostate exam, Peter speaks out during the trial at the Quahog Courthouse. During his talk, Peter asks the judge if he ever had a prostate exam with Dr. Hartman. The judge immediately remembers his horrible experience and revokes the doctor's medical license.

During a dream, Lois is carrying Stewie into the basement and he suggests that she name her hair colour as its own original title. After this, she shoves him into the washing machine and repeatedly attacks him with the door. When she wakes up, she realizes that his neediness is causing her to hate Stewie and she relates herself to Barbara Bush.

Following the case, Peter buys collagen injections which evidently wear off between the trial and the moment he talks to his pals at the Drunken Clam. During the conversation, Peter frequently has to get up and go to the bathroom, so the guys begin to think that he has a problem with his prostate (which he ironically decided not to finish the exam for). Since no doctor would help him after the ordeal, Peter goes to Doctor McCoy for the exam and still doesn't get an answer.

Along with the three posters mentioned as incorrect answers, Shamus also has a poster of the cast of "Primus". Due to the hypothesis that Peter may have prostate cancer, he turns to Shamus for help.
Meanwhile, Lois decides that she needs to break it off with Stewie and she puts him to bed early. Stewie doesn't take this well and he throws a large tantrum (involving a machine gun).

After he realizes that Lois is purposely ignoring him, Stewie pretends to eat pills and falls onto the floor of the bathroom. Brian stuffs the toilet and lets it run to bother Stewie. Lois remains on the couch downstairs, so Stewie tries to get her attention from the stairs and falls down them. Lois realizes that she should have paid more attention to Stewie, but Stewie decides that he hates her again.

After he realizes that a prostate exam may save his life, Peter disguises himself as a delivery man and tries to get Dr. Hartman to open a package on his rear end. When Peter apologizes, he gets his prostate exam in Dr. Hartman's home and they realize that there was only a small blockage; nothing to be worried about. In the end, Dr. Hartman gets his license back.
