Answer: Doctor Nefarious

Originally the main villain in both "Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal" (2004) and "Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time" (2009), Dr. Nefarious is caught up in the events of "Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One" (2011) and has to work with the heroes instead of against them. Although his evil nature continues to express himself, he does grow as a character as the others show him trust and compassion.

Originally an organic being, Nefarious was bullied by Qwark when they took the same 9th grade biology class, and a subsequent attempt to get revenge ended up with Nefarious becoming a robot. When excited, Dr. Nefarious tends to freeze up and play the audio from the soap opera "Lance and Janice."

When playing as Clank, the larger Qwark can somehow shrink down to fit on Clank's back when his help is not needed.

Captain Copernicus Leslie Qwark becomes President of the Polaris galaxy after taking credit for defeating Dr. Nefarious in "Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time" (2009).

Originally working against Ratchet and Clank in their first game, "Ratchet & Clank" (2002), Qwark has become an ally to the duo. Qwark is a coward more interested in glory than anything else, but he is loyal to his friends.

During the cinematic cutscene before entering the last location, Uzo City, there is a shared moment between Dr. Nefarious and Captain Qwark where they each apologize to the other (in their own ways) and Nefarious hands Qwark a pipe wrench which Qwark exclaims is "the Intergalactic Tool of Justice Award" he was promised at the beginning of the game.

While it bears some similarity to the Suck Cannon, introduced in the original "Ratchet & Clank" (2003), the Vac-U (also called the Vac-U 4000 in the game) is the most commonly used gadget, as most areas include gaps that can only be traveled by using the Vac-U to launch a teammate across. Fortunately these gaps include target areas to make the launches easier.

Other common uses are to capture critters, to put Voltergeists in their sockets, and to move rafts/platforms. An essential part of the game, it is mapped to the circle button and is not part of the selection wheel interface used to select the other weapons/gadgets in the game.

Cronk and Zephyr first appeared in 2007's "Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction."

The player can see Cronk and Zephyr's trapped spaceship when using the ornithopter through the asteroids to get to Phonica Moon.

When activated, the Quantum Deflector appears as a translucent green sphere surrounding Captain Qwark, who refers to the weapon as his "Giant Ball of Power." Qwark cannot use weapons inside the "bubble," but is protected from damage.

In the US packaging for the game, the reverse of the cover insert contains "alternate" cover art for the game, with a crude crayon drawing of the heroes with Qwark as the dominant figure. This alternate cover art also includes a different title for the game: "Copernicus Qwark's Awesomely Epic 3D Adventure through Time and Space, co-starring, but not important in any way, Ratchet & Clank."

The player must complete the sixth and final secret lab, located in Uzo City, to receive the RYNO VI Protosuit. If the labs are completed out of sequence and the Uzo City lab is not the final piece collected, the player must return to Uzo City and complete that lab again in order to receive the weapon.

Originally a small drone built by Dr. Croid to recover his missing critter, Ephemeris was greatly expanded by Dr. Binklemeyer to achieve interstellar travel.

The word "ephemeris" is a table cataloging the locations of astronomical objects at different times.

Answer: Mr. Dinkles

As revealed in the game's final sequences, the Loki Master, or the Toranux Spirit, was the main villain in the game. The Loki must possess other creatures to survive, and the Loki Master possessed Dr. Frumpus Croid's pet critter Mr. Dinkles. The possessed Mr. Dinkles used violence to coerce Dr. Croid's partner, Dr. Nevo Binklemeyer, to steal the Protomorphic Energy Extractor, which would enable the Loki to possess larger creatures.

The Loki Master then used Ephemeris to capture the largest and most dangerous creatures in the galaxy.

When Ephemeris captured a Light Eating Z'Grute and accidently picked up Ratchet, Clank and the others along with it, the real plot of the game starts.
