Answer:
The Godfather
After Sonny learns the Godfather's driver Paulie Gatto (John Martino) had a hand in the assassination attempt on the Godfather, he orders Clemenza "Paulie sold out the old man. I don't want to see him again." Clemenza gets his opportunity when they go driving, supposedly to buy some mattresses. In this scene Clemenza (Richard Castellano) has told driver Paulie Gatto (John Martino) to stop their car so he could relieve himself at the side of the road. While the car is stopped, Rocco Lampone (Tom Rosqui), sitting in the back seat, executes Paulie with a gunshot to the back of the head. As Clemenza and Rocco leave the car sitting there, Clemenza instructs Rocco to leave the gun but take the cannolis that he had purchased earlier for his wife. "The Godfather" won three Oscars in the 1973 Academy Awards, including Best Picture. Marlon Brando won Best Actor in a Leading Role, but refused to accept the award. Al Pacino, James Caan, and Robert Duvall were all nominated for Best Actor in a Supporting Role, but didn't win.
