Snake and Otacon, now working as a non-profit organization devoted to the destruction of all the new Metal Gears, received information that a new type of Metal Gear was being transported on a the Tanker, The U.S.S. Discovery. Snake, standing atop the George Washington Bridge in Manhattan, waits for the ship to pass underneath and jumps onto the Tanker.

The story takes place in 2007- two years after the Shadow Moses Incident.

Answer: Philanthropy

The name of the NPO is Philanthropy. Philanthropy is defined in the dictionary as an altruistic concern for human welfare and advancement, usually manifested by donations of money, property, or work to needy persons, by endowment of institutions of learning and hospitals, and by generosity to other socially useful purposes.

The organization is dedicating to halting the development of new Metal Gears.

Answer: She is carrying his grandchild

Olga's father, Sergei, orders her to leave for the sake of his grandchild. She is with child but still wishes to fight alongside her comrades. She is defeated by Snake with a tranquilizer gun, not causing her any harm.

Revolver Ocelot explains that no bullet could touch him due to a small device attached to his belt. The Device was an Electromagnetic Force Field that has the ability to divert bullets away. The Marines and the Russians empty clips at Ocelot but not one bullet hits him.

There is only one boss battle during the entire Tanker Chapter of the game and that is the battle you have with Olga. You fight her with the M9 tranquilizer gun until her stamina gauge drops to zero. While Snake is confronted with RAY, he never actually goes into battle with it.

Snake is framed to be the cause of the Tanker accident. The government sets up the scenario to seem like the Tanker spilled hundreds of gallons of crude oil off the coast of the Atlantic. Which is the reason why the Big Shell Containment Facility is constructed. Snake, we all know is not the cause of the sunken Tanker, RAY was. Snake almost drowns but it is revealed in the Plant Chapter of the game that Otacon had rescued him with a boat.

They had also saved Olga and some of her men as well.
