Answer: Ringo Starr

Richard Starkey (aka Ringo Starr) married Maureen Cox in 1965; they were divorced ten years later. Ringo went on to marry actress Barbara Bach in 1981, while Maureen married Hard Rock Café co-founder Isaac Tigrett in 1989. 2. What unfortunate biographical detail do jazz musicians Glenn Miller, Al Bowlly and Ken 'Snakehips' Johnson share?

Answer: Died during WWII

During WWII, American band leader Glenn Miller formed an Army Air Force Band which performed and recorded in England in 1944. In December that year a plane carrying Miller to Paris disappeared over the English Channel. Born in Mozambique and raised in South Africa, Al Bowlly was a singer and jazz guitarist who recorded over 1000 songs including 'Love is the Sweetest Thing' in 1932. Bowlly was killed in his London flat by a Luftwaffe parachute mine in 1941 and buried in a mass grave at Hanwell Cemetery. Kenrick Johnson, born in British Guiana and educated at Sir William Borlase's Grammar School in England, was a popular band leader and versatile dancer (hence his nickname 'Snakehips'). Johnson was killed during the Blitz when a bomb struck the dance floor of the Café de Paris in London.

His ashes are interred in the chapel of his school in Buckinghamshire.

4. Which pop star wore a dress made out of meat to the Video Music awards?

Answer: Lady Gaga

On Ellen DeGeneres's talk show Lady Gaga explained the fashion choice. It was a protest she said, against the "don't ask, don't tell" policy of the military regarding gays. It was NOT meant to "disrespect to anyone that's vegan or vegetarian." PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) however had other thoughts stating that, "Wearing a dress made out cuts of dead cows is offensive enough to bring comment, but someone should whisper in her ear that there are more people who are upset by butchery than who are impressed by it -- and that means a lot of young people will not be buying her records if she keeps this stuff up."

Answer: Gregory Peck

Alistair Sim played the title role in "Scrooge", released in the USA as "A Christmas Carol" (1951), considered by many critics to be the best version. Seymour Hicks played the title role in "Scrooge" (1935), the first sound film based on "A Christmas Carol". Albert Finney played the title lead in "Scrooge" (1970), a musical adaptation in which he gleefully sings, "I Hate People" and ends up in Hell (briefly).
