Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. If you go to Paris, France, you can see this really tall structure. The wrought iron tower is named after a gentleman that built it. His first name is Alexandre-Gustave. Do you know the name of this tower that starts with the letter E?

Answer: Eiffel Tower

You can see a replica of the Eiffel tower in the country of France in Epcot in Disney World. They also have the best French Bakery here. You can even get a bowl of French Onion Soup in the restaurant there too. Oh, la la!
We saw a man climb chairs and do handstands on the chairs. It was a really cute free show. A little spooky too, because he climbed very high.
2. This parade has been keeping people "lit" up for many years. They can only have this parade at night time so you can get the full effects of this parade. Can you name this parade for me?

Answer: Electric Light Parade

They did retire the parade at one time, but they brought back a newer version of the parade in Disney World. They also have the Electric Light Parade in California Adventures Park in Disneyland now, too. The costumes are so amazing as they light up the dark. Turn off the lights and let's see a parade!
3. Hi, I'm a friend of Winnie the Pooh. I'm a donkey. I'm a little slow and I talk very slow too. I'm more of a relaxed character. I have a tail, but they had to pin it on me, or else I would forget it. Do you know who I am?

Answer: Eeyore

Eeoyre is one of the sweetest characters of Hundred Acre Woods. You can visit all the characters from Hundred Acre Woods in the new ride at Disney World. It's called "Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh". You bounce all the way through the ride. It's a lot of fun too.
4. You can visit this area when you go to Disney World. You can either ride Test Track or launch into space in Mission Space. You could visit different countries like Mexico, France, England and Canada too. What park is this?

Answer: Epcot

Epcot didn't open their doors until 1982. Since then, thousands of people have come through the gates. Epcot is known as the "imagination" area. You can learn about the land, the seas and even the imagination in Epcot. Feel free to tour the back of Epcot to visit different countries. Make sure that you try the different things to eat too.

There is a nice lady in Japan that makes candy animals. You select a "blue dolphin" and she'll create this from a little wad of taffy-like candy. Make sure you're early though.

She can't make them for everyone.
5. My last question on the letter E is a lady's name. She danced in the movie "The Hunchback of Notre Dame". She also made friends with Quasimodo. Do you know this lady's name?

Answer: Esmeralda

Demi Moore is the voice of Esmeralda in both movies, "The Hunchback of Notre Dame" and "The Hunchback of Notre Dame 2". You might remember Demi from her movie "Now and Then" with four girls who grew up together. It's a great movie for children and adults.
Oh, I have to think of some words that begin with E now. How about, each year empty your eggs the earliest on Easter evening.
6. If you want to visit Disney World, you will have to visit this state. Do you know what state Disney World is in? Remember, we're on letter F now.

Answer: Florida

There are so many different things to do in Florida. It's funny because years ago when you drove into Disney World, it seemed like you drove and drove for miles without seeing anything. You wanted a glimpse of Mickey or Minnie, but didn't see anything. Now, 30 years later, you can drive down the main road and see all the different hotels, the different areas to visit. All the billboard signs.

It's so exciting, because you know that you're almost there.
7. Let's go to Mickey's MGM Studios today. We're going to see the Indiana Jones show and maybe take the Tower of Terror ride. But wait, I'm hungry I want to eat at that restaurant that looks like our house, in the kitchen. The waiters and waitresses aren't very nice there though. They make you clean your plate and eat all your vegetables. Do you know the name of this restaurant?

Answer: Fifties Prime Time Cafe

This restaurant can be such a hoot. The waiters and waitresses have been known to chase you around the room if you don't finish the food on your plate. By the way, mind your manners too. They don't put up with butting in and rude behavior. Talk when you're asked to talk, not before. Sounds like my mom!
8. Let's see, "bibbity bobbity boo" put it together and what do you have? This nice lady with a magic wand that can make all your dreams come true. Who is this lady in the movie "Cinderella"?

Answer: Fairy Godmother

You can have dinner with Cinderella, Prince Charming and even the Fairy Godmother at the Grand Floridian Hotel in Disney World. Don't worry, you can visit with Perla the mouse too. By the way, the food is really good too, lots of desserts.
9. In this land you can find so many fun rides. You can fly through the sky in Peter Pan's Flight. You can see all the dolls from around the world in It's a Small World. You can even take a ride on the Merry Go Round. Do you know what land this is in Disney?

Answer: Fantasyland

This is probably the best area for smaller children. I don't think there's a ride in this section that has a height requirement. All the cast members treat the children so special in this section. They hold rides for the children to get on. They really cater to the children here.
10. This is a very special Disney movie. Two animals, Copper and Todd have a great friendship. Unfortunately they don't realize that they are meant to be enemies in the future. Do you know the name of this movie?

Answer: Fox and the Hound, (The)

Todd the fox is voiced by Mickey Rooney and his friend Copper is a hound. Copper gets his voice from actor Kurt Russell. Your moms and dads might remember Kurt Russell in the older Disney movies. He played in "The Computer Wore Tennis Shoes" back in 1969. I was just a little girl when I saw that movie.
Well, we've finished another edition of letters. What can we make up for the letter F now. How about, the fish flew from the frying pan and flopped in the fudge.
Thanks for playing, see you at my next quiz.
