Answer: Mr Muddle

Indeed, Mr Muddle was always getting it wrong, and, despite being a trier, he just could not achieve his goals.

Mr Muddle was number 23 of the 2014 published edition of the series.
2. This 'Mr Men' character "Is not as strong as Mr Strong. He is not as tall as Mr Tall ... AND DON'T BE LATE" was shouted at him by Little Miss Bossy. Which one of the four is being described?

Answer: Mr Brave

Mr Brave was indeed not as strong as Mr Strong or as tall as Mr Tall, but you would need to be a brave Mr Man to take on Little Miss Bossy.

Mr Brave was number 40 of the 2014 published edition of the series.
3. This 'Mr Men' character "was frightened of everything and anything."

Answer: Mr Jelly

Mr Jelly could be found quivering as far away from anyone as possible. Being a bit aware of others made him shake and shiver.

Mr Jelly was number 15 of the 2014 published edition of the series.
4. Which 'Mr Men' character came along after this scene: "One night, two days before Christmas, it started to snow. All night it snowed and snowed and snowed and snowed and snowed"?

Answer: Mr Snow

Well, Mr Snow obviously came from snow. If he had not melted away, I am sure Mr Snow would have thrown a snow ball at anyone who got this question wrong.

Mr Snow was number 7 of the 2014 published edition of the series.
5. Which one of the four characters was yellow all over, with a blue and red cap plus a pair of glasses?

Answer: Mr Brave

Mr Brave, en route to visit Little Miss Bossy for tea, bumped into Mr Messy; he pulled him out of a river, saving Mr Messy. That was very brave indeed.

Mr Brave was completely yellow with a cap that was red and blue panels. His dark rimmed glasses were circular, making him look a bit like Harry Potter.
6. Which one of the four characters had a big pink wobbly body, two big black eyes and four fingers on each hand?

Answer: Mr Jelly

Mr Jelly had heard a big bang whilst in bed, and of course, being a jelly, he wobbled. Fear was always part of Mr Jelly, and he could be seen hiding under the kitchen table when pouring milk on to his cornflakes; he really was a jelly, was poor Mr Jelly.
7. Which one of the four wore a red bowler hat and walked forwards while looking backwards?

Answer: Mr Muddle

At times Mr Muddle wore his shoes on his feet. His whole body was dark green and he wore a red bowler hat. When banging a nail into the wall with a hammer, he would hit the sharp end of the nail instead of the nail head. He truly was a muddle.
8. Which one of the four wore a blue bowler hat, a red and white scarf and a great big smile?

Answer: Mr Snow

Mr Snow was magically formed by Father Christmas in order to help on Christmas Eve. All the children had their presents delivered on time before Mr Snow went back to his day job, standing still and melting away.
9. Of the four 'Mr Men' in this quiz, which one was the oldest character, being created in 1971?

Answer: Mr Snow

Roger Hargreaves created the 'Mr Men' in 1971. Mr Snow was part of the first seven characters created for Hargreaves' son.
10. The youngest of the four was created in 1990, but can you work out who it could be?

Answer: Mr Brave

Mr Snow was created in 1971. Both Mr Jelly and Mr Muddle were created in 1976.
Mr Brave was created in 1990. Hargreaves died in 1988, so his son Adam finished off four books that his father had started, Mr Brave being one of them. Side note: Mr Jelly has been published as Mr Nervous in some editions.
