Fleur's full name is Fleur Isabelle Weasley-Delacour. Her name comes from the French phrase "fleur de la cour", which means "flower of the court" or "noblewoman".

Fleur decides to sit at the Ravenclaw table, along with the other students from Beauxbatons at the Welcoming Feast. She walks over to the Gryffindor table to ask if Ron has finished with the Bouillabaisse. When Harry passes it to her, she takes it to her table, and does not return for more, as Ron had hoped.
