Germany has 2,389 km of coastline on the Baltic Sea to the east of Germany and the North Sea to the north west of Germany.

Zugspitze (2,963m) can be found in the south of Germany within the Bavarian Alps.

Yes, he or she is a very important member of the German Parliament. Chancellors are better known as the Head of Government.

Schumacher is a record breaking racing car driver. Defoe is an English Soccer player, Edberg a former Swedish tennis player and Houdini a Hungarian-born American magician.
10. Who was the leader of the German people in 1940?

Answer: Adolf Hitler

Most probably the most notorious German of all time (although he was in fact Austrian born). Hitler lead the Nazi Party during World War II and is held responsible for the deaths of millions of people. Ischinger was German diplomat to USA in 2003, Schroeder was the Chancellor in 2003 and Mozart a famous composer of music.
