Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore was the headmaster of Hogwarts during Harry Potter's first six years. The riddle's lines are as follows with an explanation for each:
"With silvery hair, I have some blue eyes,"
The physical description of Dumbledore.

"I offer help to those who remain loyal"
He repeatedly says that during the book, mentioning to Harry mostly that "Help will always be given at Hogwarts to those who ask for it."

"I appoint trustworthy men as my spies"
He trusts Snape completely after he comes to beg for forgiveness for betraying the Potters to Lord Voldemort and makes him his spy.

"and hate earwax candy but am considered royal."
He says that he once ate an earwax flavored Bertie Botts Every Flavor Bean, and stopped eating them ever since. He is also highly respected in the Wizarding community and appears in the Chocolate Frog cards.

Cedric Diggory was the son of Ministry official Amos Diggory. He was in Hufflepuff and a tri-wizard champion. He was killed by Peter Pettigrew on Voldemort's orders in the graveyard where Voldemort came back to life. He was also seeker for the Hufflepuff Quidditch team.

Cho Chang dated Harry Potter in the fifth book.

Cedric Diggory was her boyfriend. He was killed by Peter Pettigrew in the fourth book.

Harry dumped Cho and they didn't spend any time together. Harry even started ignoring her and disliking her after her friend betrayed the army.

Cho Chang is a Ravenclaw girl, one year above Harry, whom Harry used to fancy in his fourth and fifth year. She went to the Yule ball with Cedric Diggory and later became his girlfriend. After his death she and Harry kissed and went on a date but the relationship did not work out. Cho Chang is played by Katie Leung in the movies.

Mundungus freaked out on the night when the Order was flying away from Privet Drive to help get Harry safely away before his seventeenth birthday. He was disguised as Harry, but Disapparated when he saw Death Eaters coming. The Death Eaters realized he could not be the real Harry as Harry did not have his Apparition license, neither did he know how to Apparate properly. So they killed Moody, who had been riding with Mundungus.

Severus Snape was in the same year as Lily and the rest of the Marauders but in Slytherin house. He was later made the Potions professor of Hogwarts and then Defence Against the Dark Arts professor and finally Headmaster. He was suspected of being a spy for Voldemort, but was actually a spy of Dumbledore, acting as a spy of Voldemort. He was killed at the end of series by Nagini who was acting on Voldemort's orders in the Shrieking Shack.
