3. We proceed through the kitchen and go through the meat freezer and suddenly find ourselves in a jungle. We push our way through the jungle and come to a river. We must cross the river but it is filled with man eating crocodiles and lots of different types of goldfish. However, Charon appears with a raft and says he will ferry us across if we can answer this simple sports question; How many home runs did Hank Aaron hit in his career?
4. Well we got through the jungle and over the river and we passed through Grandmother's house. Now we come to a bottomless pit. And it's deep. I mean it's really deep. It is so deep that it is bottomless. But there is a small pathway around it. But it is being guarded by an evil troll and he won't let us pass unless we can answer the following question; In the episode of the Simpsons entitled "Mother Simpson" Homer goes to his mother's grave and discovers that someone else is buried there. 5. Well we are almost half way through our perilous journey and this looks like a good place to spend the night. Unfortunately, the ground is full of sharp rocks. But we were smart. We brought hammocks. But it takes two people to hang our hammock. Fortunately, the seductive siren Mary Ann Monroe is nearby (and for you woman folk that male model feller that does them butter commercials) and she will help you hang your hammock if you can answer the following easy question. 6. After a good night's sleep (for some of us) we proceed on foot through the jungle. After an hour we suddenly wise up and start to use both feet, thus we are able to make better time. Turns out she wasn't waving to us, she was trying to warn us about the fire breathing dragon. And this is not just your ordinary fire breathing dragon. He also juggles. And does card tricks. Our goose is cooked unless we can answer the following question; Who is entombed in Grant's tomb?
7. We have defeated the dragon and climbed the mountain. But now we come to a gorge. And the gorge is beautiful. The only way across is rope bridge. But it is guarded by the old man who will not let us cross unless we can answer one question. And this question will not be about swallows. If we get the question right, we can proceed across, but if we miss it, we are flung into the gorge of death. 8. Thus we proceed across the gorge, still determined to fulfil our quest, but minus some of our comrades. We proceed down the mountain and enter a swamp. There is quick drying sand everywhere and we are in mortal danger. We are floundering around and sinking and the situation looks hopeless until an Amway salesman shows up. If we answer his question correctly and buy twenty dollars worth of eye shadow, he will show us the way out. He wants to know which of the following Sesame Street characters had a hit song in 1970?
9. The quicksand was tough and some of our comrades seem to be missing. But we press on. We get through the swamp and go up a narrow mountain. It is very steep and narrow and extremely dangerous. There is only one way through it, but the path is blocked by a cyclops. And he is not in a particularly good mood. In fact, he is in a downright ugly mood. The only way to pass him is to answer the following question; What is the capital of Texas?
10. Lucky for us we knew that one. Of course some of our companions were just guessing and we had to leave them behind with that cross cyclops. But the rest of us have almost completed our journey. We must cross a bridge and we are safely back in our own valley. But the bridge is being guarded by another ogre. And he wants some information only he isn't willing to pay for it.
