The name Canada was derived from the Huron-Iroquois words for Big Village. The name "Canada" was first used by the explorer Jacques Cartier, who came to the area in 1535.

Answer: Grey

The White House was originally grey due to the colour of the stone of which it was constructed. After the War of 1812, where the building was burned by Canadian troops, the walls were painted white to disguise the stains that the smoke had made.

This Latin word is a translation from the Hebrew name given to Satan, Halael. The name Lucifer was featured in the Bible at Isaiah 14:12, "How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!".

The Anglo-Zanzibar War was fought on 27 August 1896. It all started when Sultan Hamad Bin Thuwaini died two days previous to the outbreak of war. A coup was started by his nephew Khalid Bin Bargash. The British delivered an ultimatum to Bargash - insisting he abdicate.

At 9am on the fated day, when the ultimatum ran out, the British opened fire on the palace. Bargash, then made a hasty get-a-way to the German consulate where he was granted asylum. To add insult to injury after the 38 minutes of fighting was over, the British demanded that the Zanzibar Government pay for the shells they had used to fire upon the country.

The DC-10 was designed and built by Douglas Aircraft Company, which has now become Long Beach Division of Boeing Commercial Airplanes.
