Answer: Borzoi

Borzoi means swift or fast and the breed is also known as the Russian Wolfhound and is mentioned in Leo Tolstoy's epic "War and Peace."
2. Who was "Russian Around" Earth for 89 minutes in 1961?

Answer: Yuri Gagarin

Gagarin's Vostok 1 orbit of Earth took 108 minutes, of which 89 minutes was in space. Tereshkova was the first woman in space, piloting Vostok 6 in 1963. Sharapova is more at home on the tennis court than outer space and I made the Russian Mickey Mouse up.

Petrov also drove for Lotus-Renault and Caterham but his highest finish in three seasons was a thirrd place in the 2011 Australian Grand Prix. Marussia, although a joint UK/Russian team, never had a Russian driver and sadly will always be remembered for being the car that Jules Bianchi was driving when he lost his life.
