Theodred was Theoden's son who was killed at the First Battle of the Fords of Isen. Erkynbrand was the Commander of the Riders of Rohan who was defeated at the Second Battle of the Fords of Isen. Faramir was the Son of the Steward of Gondor, Denethor.

Elias and Josua were John's two sons. Elias, as the eldest, inherited the kingship. Many of his decisions were bad and Josua rebelled agianst him. Later Elias made a deal with the undead Storm King and he slowly went mad. His daughter Miriamele shot him with Simon's White Arrow on top of Green Angel Tower at the end of the story.
