Steven had told his wife that the only reason he became a policeman was to find his mother. Steven used his resources as a cop to find out information on his birth mother. He drove to his birth mother's house in his squad car. His birth mother, Barbara, answered the door. Steven was in his uniform so Barbara assumed there was something wrong. Steven identified himself to Barbara as her son. Barbara closed the door in Steven's face.

It was Christmas morning and Steven gave Jimmy his present. Jimmy opened it and it was a gold watch. Jimmy tried to act appreciative of the gift, but you could tell something was wrong. Steven asked him what was wrong and Jimmy told him nothing. Steven finally got Jimmy to admit he didn't like the color. Steven then said that is why I got you the sterling silver one. Steven then gave Jimmy the silver watch and took the gold for himself.

Phillip was reaching for a law book on the top shelf. He was just a little too short to reach it. Steven came up behind him and got the book for him. Phillip thanked him and the two started to talk. They talked for several hours sometimes getting a little loud. The prison Librarian had to tell them to keep it down several times. This was the beginning of the romance between the two men.

Answer: Cleavon

Cleavon and Phillip were in the same cellblock of the prison. Cleavon walked over to Phillip's cell and threw a note at him. The note was from Steven, he was in a different cellblock. Steven managed to get transferred to Philip's cell. Phillip paid Cleavon one night to play a song so Steven and he could dance. Phillip made Cleavon promise he would play the whole song.

The guards in the prison had to physically make Cleavon turn the song off.

Answer: Steven had steak and shrimp prepared for them to eat.

The prisoners were in line at the prison cafeteria getting served a meal. All the other prisoners got served some very watery looking foods. When it was Steven and Phillip's turn in line, they were served steak and shrimp. Phillip was surprised when the food was placed on his meal tray. Steven did a lot of things like this when he and Phillip were imprisoned together.

Answer: Leslie Mann

Leslie did a wonderful job in her portrayal of Steven's loving wife. She was clueless to the fact her husband was gay. She did not find out Steven was gay until he was in the hospital. Steven had been involved in a car accident and was severely injured. He decided then he was going to live his life the way he wanted to go. He told Debbie the truth while he lay in his hospital bed. Debbie remained close friends with Steven even after the divorce. He would frequently call her while in prison.

Leslie is an extremely funny and talented actress. She has appeared in some of the funniest comedies such as "This is 40" and "Knocked Up".

Answer: Steven asked the cab driver to take him to the nearest thrift store.

Steven caught a cab right outside the prison. The cab driver asked where Steven wanted to be taken to. After the driver received Steven's instructions, the driver asked Steven if he could quote the word of God. The driver was still talking about God when he dropped Steven off. Steven went into the thrift store and bought a suit, tie and shoes. He then went and filed to have Phillip released from prison early. Steven posed as Phillip's lawyer.

Answer: Hooked Up

Steven had just won his first case while impersonating a lawyer. He decided that Phillip and he needed a vacation. Steven took Phillip to Key West for a relaxing getaway. Steven had rented a boat for them to go out on the ocean with. We saw the name of the boat Hooked Up on the side of the boat.

Answer: Diabetes

Steven had chocolates delivered to Phillip's cell while the two were in prison. He had them hidden in a roll of toilet paper. Phillip had written to Steven that he shouldn't have eaten the chocolates because he was diabetic, but he did anyways. Later on in the film, we saw Phillip testing his blood sugar levels with a diabetic monitor. Steven continued to give Phillip chocolates throughout the film.

Answer: Steven worked for USAMM, a medical management company.

Steven had secured this job with USAMM through a fake resume and references. He was the one who provided the references in a disguised voice. Steven was given the job of Chief Financial Officer for USAMM. The company handled HMO money that was to be paid to doctors. Steven came up with an idea to gain interest on that money until it was paid out.

He set up a separate account which would accrue interest on the money waiting to be disbursed to the proper doctors. He kept fifty percent of the money for himself.

Answer: Larry

Larry was going through the accounting books for USAMM. He discovered a large amount of money was missing. Through research Larry found out that Steven had stolen over $850,000.00. Steven waited outside of Larry's office until he left; he then went into Larry's office. Steven not only found out that Larry was aware of the stolen money, but had an appointment with the sheriff that day. Steven left the office and received a call while he was driving away.

It was Dan the CEO of USAMM, he asked Steven when he was coming back to the office. Steven told him he was not and that Dan knew why.

Answer: Prison Guard

Steven used all these disguises with the exception of the prison guard. He stole a badge from the doctor while he was in the infirmary. He then dyed his prison uniform green with ink from green sharpies. He later paid someone to get him some clothes so he could walk out of the prison.

He had stolen a walkie talkie earlier to pose as a Vice Officer. The clothes that he got were women's shorts and a women's halter top. The third time he disguised his voice over the phone to secure bail for himself. All three times he was caught and returned to prison.

Answer: A.I.D.S

Steven's previous boyfriend, Jimmy had passed away due to A.I.D.S so Steven was familiar with the symptoms. Steven cut down on what he usually ate to lose a great amount of weight. He caused himself to vomit on a regular basis. He had another inmate who worked at the infirmary slip a chart in his folder that said he had acquired the disease.

He took a large dose of pills to put himself in a coma for four days. The prison finally had him transferred to a hospital because they could no longer care for him.

Answer: Ewan McGregor

Ewan did a wonderful job playing the slightly naïve Phillip. Phillip had been taken advantage of by every man he had dated. Steven promised he would take care of Phillip. Steven did keep his word to Phillip; he just didn't tell him how he was going to take care of him. Phillip later found out Steven was a con artist and had set up fake accounts in Philip's name. Phillip was arrested and served time in prison for Steven's crimes.

Ewan McGregor has been a favorite of mine since I first saw him in "Trainspotting". He also has played the role of the younger Obi-Wan Kenobi in the first three episodes of the "Star Wars" films.

Answer: Steven ran into his old boss, Larry while in the restroom of the courthouse.

Steven was getting ready to go into the courtroom to get Phillip released. He went in the restroom and ran into Larry. Larry was a juror on the case for Phillip. This is one of the funniest scenes in the film. When Larry saw Steven who was supposed to be dead from A.I.D.S. his face just went blank. Then when Steven saw the juror's badge he in turned pale.
