I didn't think there was a movie out there that really scared me. "The Ring" changed all that. This movie nearly made my heart explode inside my chest! It's fun to me, being scared. This is now one of my favorite movies.

1. Which of these images is NOT depicted on the tape?

Answer: An overhead view of the island

The rising tide is one of the first images you see. The tide is a funny shade of red and shown upside down making it harder to pick out. Anna is seen diving off the cliff. Samara is seen both in the mirror and with the bag over her face.

2. Where do the Morgans live?

Answer: Moesko Island

Rachel looks up the Morgan's horse ranch on the internet, and ultimately stumbles upon the whereabouts of the Morgan's.

3. Where did Rachel find the tape?

Answer: Shelter Mountain

Rachel finds the tape with a group of others movies on a shelf in the lobby of Shelter Mountain Inn. This is also where she first watches the tape, and gets the call.

4. "I don't make them. I see them, and then they just...are." What is Samara talking about in this line?

Answer: The x-rays

Samara made x-ray pictures of strange objects like the tree on Shelter Mountain and the rocking horse in her room. There's no way she could have gotten those from some x-ray machine on an island in the 70s. But the doctors wouldn't believe her.

Answer: It won't stop

This was Samara's response to the doctor telling her she really didn't want to hurt anyone. Scary huh?

Rachel's nose bled when she found out she could pull the fly from the tape out of the screen. Aiden's nose bled when he realized that Samara never sleeps.

This was said during the opening scene with Becca and Katie. Becca told Katie the myth, "You watch it, and it's like somebody's nightmare."
