On January 1, 1962 The Beatles audition for Decca. The songs include three Lennon-McCartney tunes, "Hello Little Girl," "Love of the Loved" and "Like Dreamers Do", plus 12 others. Decca decides not to sign them. I guess that was there loss. On January 2, 1962, The Beatles formally make Epstein their manager.

He transforms the group from a scruffy band with leather jackets and pants to a slick dressed group with suits, ties and trimmed hair
2. How did The Rolling Stones come up with their name?

Answer: It was a blues song title

"The Rolling Stones" was a popular blues tune in the 1950's.
3. Which of the following bands did not perform at The Woodstock Music and Art Fair in August 1969?

Answer: Led Zeppelin

Led Zeppelin was not even invited. Other Woodstock facts: The Beatles were invited but declined, The Rolling Stones wanted too much money, and Bob Dylan was not even invited.

Pete's mother ran the Casbah Club. Pete recorded an album after The Beatles were popular called "Best of The Beatles".
