Answer: John McEntee

John McEntee founded Incantation in 1990 and quickly recruited Will Rahmer (formerly of Mortician) as the lead singer. The band released the EP "Entrapment of Evil" on the Seraphic Decay label the same year. The band's first full length album was "Onward to Golgotha" released in 1992 on the Relapse record label.

Although the band has had many line-up changes over the years, McEntee has been the only constant member of the band.

Sepultura was founded in Belo Horizonte, Brazil in 1984. When the band relocated to Sao Paulo, the largest city in Brazil, to better their chances of being discovered, they replaced Jairo T. with Andreas Kisser. Kisser was a native of Sao Paulo and it was the band's hope that Kisser would further propel them to stardom.

Although all of these were guitar players in Motorhead, only Clarke played on the debut album. After his departure from Motorhead in 1982, Clarke founded the band Fastway. Fastway's biggest claim to fame was the soundtrack they recorded to the movie "Trick or Treat".

Kreator has been one of the hardest working heavy metal bands in history. Their tours have been well documented as being some of the longest in both mileage and duration. Kreator was founded in 1982 in the industrial town of Essen, Germany by Petrozza (guitars and vocals), Rob Fioretti (bass) and Jurgen Reil (drums).
The other guitar players listed played for other metal bands. White played for Mordred, Evans played for Cryptic Slaughter and the legendary Quorthon is the main force behind Bathory.

Voivod is best known for their off tempo, highly complex music. Voivod has been called the "thinking man's metal band" and has quite the following. Jason Newsted is such a fan of the band's that when he left Metallica, he sat in with them for a brief period of time.
