The song, edited for radio as "In Paris" or "Paris", was taken from the album "Watch the Throne" by Jay-Z and Kanye West. The Grammy winning song made the official charts in a number of countries.

Answer: Monaco

The band had a hit in 1997 with "What Do You Want from Me?", which reached number 11 in the UK singles chart and was taken from the album "Music For Pleasure".
