John Francis Spence was not only one of the band's founding members,
but he was considered the band's leader prior to taking his own life
in December of 1987. They eventually looked to Eric's little sister Gwen to take John's place as the band's lead singer.
2. What record label has No Doubt been primarily affiliated with?

Most of the band's albums were recorded on the Interscope label. "The
Beacon Street Collection" was put out by Sea Creature Records.
