"Come Fly With Me" was written for Frank Sinatra in 1957 by Jimmy VanHeusen, with Jimmy Cahn writing the Lyrics. The song featured in the film of the same name, sung by Frankie Avalon. It can also be heard in numerous movies such as "Betsy's Wedding (1990), "Air America" (1990) and "Two Weeks' Notice (2001), to name just three.

Francis Albert (Frank) Sinatra was born in Hoboken, New Jersey, in December 1915. His musical career started in the swing era and he sang with the Tommy Dorsey and Harry James bands. He began his solo career in about 1943. His film career started in about 1944 and he went on to become a major box-office star, winning an Academy Award in 1953 for Best Supporting Actor in "From Here to Eternity". He died in 1998 aged 82.
