Answer: Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow?

"Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow" was written by the legendary team of Gerry Coffin and Carole King. When The Shirelles heard it for the first time they didn't want to record it because they thought it sounded "country". But Phil Spector's arrangement, complete with strings and his legendary "Wall of Sound", convinced them otherwise and their recording became a huge hit!
2. Dolly Parton's lovely song "I Will Always Love You" was given new life when Whitney Houston sang it in "The Bodyguard". But prior to that, Dolly herself sang it in a movie. What was the movie?

Answer: The Best Little Whorehouse In Texas

Dolly's original recording of "I Will Always Love You" topped the country charts in January of 1974 while she was still a regular on "The Porter Wagoner Show". She would again reach number one on the country charts in 1982 with the new version she sang in the movie.

Her duet with Vince Gill on the song would top out at number 15 in 1995. Whitney's hit version in "The Bodyguard" exposed the song to a wider audience.

"I Will Survive" was originally released as the B-side to Gloria's cover version of the Righteous Brothers song "Substitute". But DJs soon began favoring the B-side and it went on to be a number one hit for Gloria.

"He Will Break Your Heart" was co-written by Jerry Butler, Curtis Mayfield and Calvin Carter. Before recording the song, Tony Orlando obtained permission to change the title to "He Don't Love You (Like I Love You)" which is the first line of the song. Mayfield agreed and their version reached number one on both the Billboard Hot 100 and the Adult Contemporary charts in May of 1975.

Aaron Tippin's recording of "For You I Will" reached number six on the Billboard country charts and number 49 on their Hot 100. It was also ranked number 57 on their year-end country charts for 1999.

Answer: The Late Show With David Letterman

David Letterman's bandleader Paul Shaffer composed all of the songs for Letterman's skits, including "Will It Float?" which featured a beautiful model standing on each side of a water tank. Cash's inclusion of "Will The Circle Be Unbroken" was an acknowledgement of his admiration for The Carter Family.
