The band Venom coined the term Black Metal in the 1980s, a term applied to extreme bands that used Satanic symbols, ideas and theatrics to provoke audiences. Most Black Metal bands are not actually Satanic, but a few were: Dissection, Watain and Black Funeral all at one time proclaimed that all members were Satanists.

"Stairway to Heaven" is probably the most recognizable Led Zeppelin song. Some claim that when played backwards, it yields multiple references to Satan and Satanic practices. Answer: Inverted pentagram

The inverted pentagon (single point down), usually has a goat's head inside, with the horns in the two upper points, downturned ears in the side points and the goat's scruffy beard in the lower point. The Church of Satan was founded in 1966 by Anton LaVey, who combined many ancient and mysterious symbols into this new Sigil of Baphomet.

Answer: Crossroads

The crossroads is seen in myth as a place where two worlds meet. This place "between worlds" is seen as a likely spot for supernatural and paranormal events.

In 2014, the Yazidis fled advancing ISIL military forces and took refuge on Mt. Sinjar in northwest Iraq. ISIL demanded that the Yazidis, like other non-Muslim or differing Muslim sects, convert to their branch of Islam and pay a tax, or face execution.

The UN estimates that up to 30,000 Yazidis fled to Mt. Sinjar, where they were eventually rescued by U.S. air strikes and Iraqi and Syrian Kurdish ground forces.

Answer: Procter & Gamble

Procter & Gamble's logo dates from around 1880 and featured a crescent moon with a man's face and thirteen stars. Various rumors started in the 1970s alleged that the logo contained "666" and other references to Satan and that a portion of profits went to the Church of Satan.

In response to these persistent unfounded rumors, and up to 15,000 phone calls a month, the company phased out the logo in 1985.

Answer: Walt Disney

The left half of the "W" in Walt, the swirled dot over the "i" and the top of the "y" in Disney can be made to appear to be the numeral 6. Similar swirls, also appearing to be a silhouette of Mickey Mouse, appear on the logo for The Art of Disney Stores.

Answer: Washington, DC

Washington, DC is a city crammed with symbology, and to some that includes occult symbols. Look at a map of DC and you can see the five apexes of a pentagram defined by Dupont Circle, Washington Circle, Logan Circle, Mt. Vernon Square and the White House.

These five points are connected by diagonal streets, with the exception of Rhode Island Avenue which does end before reaching Washington Circle.

Answer: I love you

The ASL sign made by extending the thumb, index finger and pinky means "I love you", being a combination of the individual signs for the letters "i" "l" and "y". The University of Texas, Austin "Hook 'em Horns" sign is similar, but the thumb is not extended. The "horned hand" sign is used in some cultures to ward off evil, to cast a curse or as an insulting gesture.

Answer: Hitler

Pius XII was accused by some of being "Hitler's Pope" for his seeming inaction against the Nazi terror. Pius XII actually was active against Fascism in both Italy and Germany, while trying to retain some relations with those governments so that Papal influence could be applied. If Pius XII did indeed try a long-distance exorcism, it apparently didn't work.
