Answer: Robin Van Persie

Robin van Persie scored an amazing goal with a flying header to equalize after Spain had scored from Xabi Alonso penalty. A pass from his team mate Blind had found his run and he headed it beyond the Spanish goalkeeper, Casillas. Netherlands won the game 5-1. Also on the score sheet were the Dutch players Robben and De Vrij. Both Robben and van Persie scored two goals in this match against Spain.

There was only one headed goal in this game. This was one of the goals of the World Cup for sure.
2. Who scored the headed goal for Australia in their first game against Chile?

Answer: Tim Cahill

The cross leading to the header was by Cahill's teammate Ivan Franjic. This goal from Cahill made him the first Australian player to score in three consecutive FIFA World Cups (in 2006 he scored the first-ever goal by Australia when he equalized vs. Japan). Chile won the match 3-1 with goals from Alexis Sánchez, Valdivia and Beausejour.
