Neil Craig took the senior coaching position of the Adelaide Crows at the end of 2004, and led the Adelaide Crows to the preliminary final in 2005 and 2006. But when it came to 2007, Adelaide finished 8th.

Mark Meranda kicked a goal from the pocket against St. Kilda in 2001. He played for the Tigers and after 75 games the Eagles. Meranda retired in 2002 after back injuries.
