5. In 1934, the winning pitcher for St Louis in the 7th game was Paul "Daffy" Dean?

Jay "Dizzy" Dean won the 7th game for the Cardinals 11-0 over the Tigers and also won game 1. His brother Paul won games 2 and 6 in the only World Series where 2 brothers won 2 games each for the winners. The deciding game was unique in that Cardinal outfielder Joe Medwick was removed from the game by commissioner Kenesaw Mountain Landis.

He had gotten into a scuffle with Detroit 3rd baseman Marv Owen on a play in the top of the 6th inning, and Detroit fans pelted him with garbage when he went into the field at the bottom of the inning.

The commissioner had him taken out of the game so it could go on.
