Rubinstein, born on December 8th, 1946 in Los Angeles, California guest starred as Andy Ritter, a Democratic U.S. Senator, in this episode. This was the only episode in which Rubinstein made a guest starring appearance. He has also appeared in the TV shows, "Without a Trace", "Judging Amy" and "24."

He said the poll gave a hypothetical on a politician concealing health issues and then asked the voters if they felt it was okay for a politician to lie about his health. The results were that seventeen percent found it okay while eighty three percent did not think it was okay.
