Andy was shaving in the bedroom while Shane 'entertained' himself in the bathroom. When Shane exited the bathroom, he set the Sammy Davis book down and Andy looked inside it. When he saw the long ago pictures of Nancy, he immediately felt bad for Shane. He told Nancy about the situation and she was forced to figure out an approach to deal with it.

Nancy, being the cool woman she was, kept herself calm. She introduced herself to Lisa as Silas' mom and told him she was there to make sure he wasn't doing anything stupid. So, he brought up he drug trafficking exploits. He wouldn't let her go back and see his plants, so she suggested to he and Lisa that they build a fake wall to fool a health inspector. Nancy, to prove a point about Lisa having sex with a seventeen year old boy, insinuated that Lisa's son Rad would be an attractive seventeen year old soon as well. I think that was what finally got across to Lisa.

She came to him wanting another eight ball (eighth of an ounce) of cocaine. He was eating Chinese takeout and told her he'd just sold her one the day before. She agreed and said she wanted another one. He refused her, stating she had a problem, so she got angry.

She sneezed a load of nose blood onto him, which demonstrated that she was using way too much cocaine. She later did the same thing to Isabelle.

Doug paid her for information and she instead delivered him and Andy to El Coyote. This was the man Andy had hurt a few episodes back, when the man had threatened to rape Reyna. He had taken Andy's "Fall Guy" belt buckle at the time, and after a bit of the rough and tumble, Andy retrieved it and saved the illegals from El Coyote.

When the man threatened Andy and Doug with a gun, the rest of the bar patrons came out and defended them against El Coyote.

Celia was tied to a chair with a beige bra used to gag her into silence. Nancy agreed with Ignacio that Celia was nuts, but suggested that all of their mess-ups be kept quiet from Cesar. Ignacio teased Celia about killing her and Nancy played along to scare her.

Then SHE canceled her date with Esteban to deal with her current "sick child" Celia. Just afterward, Cesar can be seen showing Esteban footage of Celia's foray into their tunnel to purchase cocaine. Cesar was warning Esteban about Nancy's dangerous impulsiveness.

After she did this, we are shown a montage of both conversations. We see some of her talk with Shane, then of her talk with Silas, both of which seemed extremely similar despite the different topics.

As soon as Nancy used the exact description of what he'd been doing, Shane pulled the afghan blanket over his head. It remained that way through their entire scene, while Silas sat with his arms crossed and seemed slightly amused. She basically told both boys that they were doing quirky things, that weren't awful, but should now stop and never be discussed again. Though showed in tandem, the conversations were separate.

Isabelle removed it and asked Celia if she was shooting heroin. It was actually the hypo of Restulin Celia had purchased in the Mexican pharmacy. But, being that she was coming down off of cocaine, Celia had obviously either passed out while trying to inject it, or she had lain on it inadvertently during her sleep. Issie told her mom she needed help and that she was calling Dean. Celia claimed to be fine just before she sneezed her nose blood all over Issie's face! Then Shane was seen walking the halls of his school while the students discussed his new rep. One talked about him being Mexican, the other said he'd killed his dad, and one offered that Shane had made a necklace of Dan's teeth.

He stopped before two teen girls. One had "Shane" and the other had "Botwin" markered onto their torsos. Shane was way too popular now! Lisa dialed back her involvement with Silas when he suggested that he could move in with her after he turned eighteen, and Esteban came to Nancy's house to spend time with her.
