5.3 "Beard Boys" Trivia Quiz

Beavis and Butt-head were at their home watching television and the first thing they saw on there was a woman in bed with her bearded boyfriend. She mentioned how her career in biology was far off and her responded how he was not far away. This led to them wanting to have beards.

Butt-head told Beavis that they would get many women to fall for them if they had beards since that would make them look manlier. However, Beavis suggested that perhaps they could look manly with just getting fake identification. Butt-head advised him that a beard would be better so Beavis concurred.

After Butt-head convinced Beavis about a beard being superior to fake identification over manliness, he then brought up to him how popular ZZ Top were with women as proof of how beards helped men land ladies. Beavis understood so then the two boys decided to wait around a little while to grow a beard.

However, it did not take them long to realize that it took quite some time to fully grow.

As Beavis and Butt-head waited for some time to grow beards, they wondered why they did not grow. Beavis asked once more if his had grown but Butt-head said no but it was "almost there". A little bit later, Beavis asked again so Butt-head suggested that perhaps water would speed up the process. They put water on their faces but it did nothing.

Butt-head figured out a way to instantly get a beard and Beavis asked if that involved acting ludicrously but Butt-head said no. He went back to a part of the house and brought back some glue and scissors. They each cut their hair and glued it to their faces. Afterwards, both commented on how they appeared "smoothe".

Before Butt-head poured some glue out for Beavis to use, he read the warning label but could only make out a couple words. One word he did make out was "wood" since it said to "use on wood". This caused Butt-head to laugh so then he poured the glue and Beavis commented on how cool glue was.

Beavis and Butt-head went to the mall since they figured they could meet women and impress them there. Butt-head spoke about how "smoothe" he was that he had a beard on his hands. The two women in front of both the men got annoyed so they immediately ran off but this did not detract them from finding women.

Beavis and Butt-head approached two ladies at the mall and flirted with them. Butt-head asked one of them if she wanted to stroke his beard and then he placed his hand on her shoulder. The woman shrugged him off, claiming she would contact the authorities if the two boys did not leave her and her female friend alone.

After the boys were unable to impress a couple women, they approached two other ladies and they asked what they had on their faces. They claimed it was their beards so one of them retorted how they were not beards since they merely glued hair all over their faces.

The other woman also said how beards went out of style in the 1980s. They advised them to lose the beards, behave themselves and try them in about ten years.

In the final scene, Beavis and Butt-head were on their couch at home and Beavis looked around to find a razor to shave off the hair on their faces. He eventually located the razor and advised Butt-head to hold still and not to move. Beavis then struck the razor hard on Butt-head's face, causing him injury.
