The episode began with Beavis and Butt-head outside a pizza restaurant since this food was advertised on the building. They were looking at many of the women who walked by them in hopes they could land a date. However, none of these females acknowledged their presence, upsetting them.

Beavis and Butt-head spoke about how the closest they ever got to being romantically with a woman was at a time when they were at a hair salon. This led them to scour the places around them to find the perfect hair salon. They finally settled on one with a woman running the place who wore a midriff and jeans.

Beavis and Butt-head went to another hair salon after the first one they saw but were horrified to see a man washing someone's hair. They immediately decided that this was not where they would get their hair cut. When they settled on the third one, the woman who they saw there at the time was sweeping the place.

Butt-head went inside the salon with Beavis and the lady asked them if she could help them. He sat in a chair so she motioned for him to put his head back but Butt-head struggled with this direction. The reason was he would not be able to stare at her body the way he wanted to so she had to force his head back in order to speed up the haircut.

Beavis and Butt-head had their hair watered down in a unique way so it would be fit for cutting. After spending many hours at the hair salon, Beavis's hair eventually went back to how it originally looked. Butt-head told Beavis that he still had what he considered a "woodpecker" looking hair style.

When the woman placed Butt-head's head down, she started to water his hair and then reached for the shampoo. She attempted to pour some out but the bottle just made a sound, one which humored Beavis and Butt-head. She complained about being out of shampoo so she went back to find some more.

Midway through the episode, Butt-head was still in his chair when the hair stylist started to squeeze his hair together. He complained that it hurt so she went easier on him. Butt-head then asked her if she came to the salon often but she did not answer his question. Beavis and Butt-head both laughed at how Butt-head's hair looked.

Near the end of the episode, the hair stylist was getting annoyed since Beavis and Butt-head were waiting forever to get into the chair so she could cut their hair. Todd, her boyfriend, came up and told her to clock out so they could take off but she said she had to cut the duo's hair. Todd simply grabbed a pair of scissors, restrained Beavis and Butt-head, and cut their hair.
