Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. I warned the 4077th that it was time for their annual checkups. Good thing I did, because that's how we found out Trapper had an ulcer.
2. I had to inform the camp that Avery Updike couldn't possibly have killed Sir Winslow. He was locked in the linen closet with Jessica.
3. I was a disc jockey for a night, helping the camp get through a deluge of patients. I played our C.O.'s favorite tune, "Sentimental Journey" twenty-three times that night.
4. Hawkeye and Trapper recorded me saying goodbye to my mistress without our knowledge, and played the message over the PA system.
5. I broadcasted an angry appeal to a thief that stole money from Hawkeye. When he got it back I was inspired to announce a commandment a week.
6. I was furious when I thought someone in camp stole one of my newspapers, so I sent a tirade over the PA system. They fired back by stealing everything I owned...except my other newspapers.
7. I told Major Houlihan over the PA that she had a phone call from her father. To get the call she ran into my office wearing nothing but a towel. Holy Toledo!
8. In a devious plot, I yelled at Henry over the PA about lifting prints off certain stolen articles. I did it so people would stop blaming me for stealing the stuff.
9. I had a bad case of prickly heat on my bottom so I asked Colonel Potter to put some lotion on a chopper headed to camp. Unfortunately he was a little dazed from sleeping pills, so I had to spell it out for him: I had a severe irritation on my gluteus maximus. Little did I know Klinger had the PA on the whole time!
10. Extra Credit: One of the regular PA announcers on 'M*A*S*H' appeared in three episodes. In this episode in particular, he played a patient who liked to sell booze and uses of his Polaroid camera to his unit up at the front. Unfortunately his injuries got him sent home. Poor guy; how was he supposed to make any money in Jersey City? Name the episode.
