Mac and his brother Robert are Australian. Robert was a spy for the WSB, but Mac came to Port Charles as a somewhat shifty and suspicious character. Tony Jones was a neurosurgeon at General Hospital. He was married and divorced from Bobbie Spencer, Luke's sister. He is remembered for the heartbreaking scene where he bids a sorrowful farewell to his young daughter, BJ, as she dies after a horrible bus accident. Tony was played by Brad Maule from 1984 until the character's death.

Dillon is the son of Tracy Quartermaine and Paul Hornsby. He fell in love with Georgie Jones and they married at a very young age. They divorced and Dillon had a brief affair with Lulu Spencer. Luke came upon Holly during a camping trip when he spied her skinny dipping.They began a long-term relationship and an on-again, off-again romance. Holly turned out to be a professional con-artist. She, Luke, and Robert Scorpio became a romantic triangle, which ended when she and Robert were married. Later, it was believed that Holly had died, although she turned up years later. Played by Emma Samms, Holly came and went over the course of many years, turning up again for Luke's final adventure.

Luke was amazed to discover that he had a grown son named Ethan. He and Holly had an affair years before and Holly had never told Luke about the son he fathered. Ethan turned out to be very much like his parents: a gambler and a con artist. Father and son bonded and Luke taught Ethan his tricks and strategies. Played by Nathan Parsons, Ethan turned up in Luke's final adventure.

Leslie Lu Spencer was named for her maternal grandmother, Leslie Webber. Luke adored his daughter and took her ice fishing when she was young so they could spend quality time together. Lulu later admitted that she never liked ice fishing, but she follows in her father's footsteps: she enjoys adventure and never shirks from facing danger. Lulu has been played by different actresses as she aged.

Anna Devane appeared in 1985 as a mysterious woman with a scar on her face. The scar turned out to be fake, and we learned that Anna was a spy for the WSB, and the ex-wife of Robert Scorpio. Much to Robert's shock, he discovered that he and Anna had a daughter, Robin, who became important to the show and continues to appear from time to time. Anna is played by Finola Hughes, and she continued to be an integral character in Port Charles.

Stefan Cassadine appeared in 1996, with his teen-aged nephew Nikolas, who was Laura's secret son. Stefan and his brother Stavros were sons of the wicked Helena Cassadine and her devious husband Mikkos. While holding Laura hostage on their island, Laura gave birth to Stavros's son.

She left him behind when she escaped from the island. Stefan was in love with Laura, and he continued to try and steal her from Luke after arriving in Port Charles with Nikolas. Nikolas gave his little half-sister, Lulu, a bone marrow transplant that saved her life. Stefan was played by Stephen Nichols.

Alexis Davis is the daughter of Mikkos Cassadine and his mistress Kristin Bergman. Mikkos's wife Helena killed Kristen and she has always hated Alexis. Alexis is an excellent attorney and the mother of three daughters with three different men: Sonny Corinthos, Rick Lansing, and Julian Jerome.

Her full name is Natasha Alexandra Cassadine. She has been played by Nancy Lee Grahn since her arrival in 1996, and she continued to be important in Port Charles.

Lucas Lorenzo Spencer, Jr. is the son of legendary couple Luke and Laura. "Lucky" was born in 1985, but first appeared on screen as a ten year old. He and his parents had been hiding from their enemies but now they were returning to Port Charles. Over the years, Lucky grew up on screen and had an important relationship with Elizabeth Webber, which included marriage, a son, and divorce. For a while he was presumed dead, but then he turned up alive under the spell of Helena Cassadine. Lucky has come and gone over the years and has been played by several actors, although Jonathan Jackson is most associated with the role.

He returned briefly for Luke's final adventure.

Answer: Tracy Quartermaine

Tracy Quartermaine, the daughter of Edward and Lila, and the heir to the ELQ family corporation, was Luke's on-again, off-again second wife. Luke met his match with Tracy, who would stand for none of his shenanigans. What started out as a scam became real love between them, although it has always been complicated. Tracy stood by him until she could no longer tolerate his deceptions.

As Luke left Port Charles for good, Tracy stayed behind to explore a new relationship with her former husband Paul. Paul turned out to be a serial killer, and then Tracy dealt with other family problems and threats to ELQ. Finally, she left Port Charles in 2017, and was shocked to encounter Luke, who appeared in a brief, silent cameo, at the last moment of her departure from the show. Jane Elliot has always played Tracy.

Skye is a complicated character. She first appeared on the soaps "All My Children" and "One Life to Live," before arriving in Port Charles in 2001. Skye was told by her mother Rae that Alan Quartermaine was her real father. Alan was happy to claim her as his daughter, although it was discovered years later that she was not.

While in town, Skye caused problems for herself and others through her scheming to fit into the Quartermaine family and to get what she felt she was entitled to. Robin Christopher played Skye until she left with her baby, Lila Rae, in 2012.

When Lucky was a young boy the Spencer family had a dog named Foster. Foster had a romance with Annabelle, the Quartermaine's dog, and fathered their son Raoul. Foster, a big, cuddly French mastiff, alerted the family when Laura went into labor with Lulu and fell down the steps. He last appeared in 1998.

Nikolas Cassadine is Laura Spencer's son with Stavros Cassadine. He was born while Laura was held hostage by the Cassadine family on their island. Luke was devastated to find out about Nikolas and has never been able to fully accept him. Laura Webber met Luke Spencer when she was a young wife, working at the Campus Disco. Her meeting with Luke and their subsequent love story, marriage, and adventures are legendary. Their wedding on November 17, 1981, attracted 30 million viewers, and, to date, was the largest audience in soap opera history. Eventually, they went their separate ways, but they will always share the bond of their two children, Lucky and Lulu. Laura returned for Luke's final adventure, which was a fitting end to Luke's long and infamous tenure on "General Hospital." Laura has always been played by Genie Francis.
