Grace tells Will Michael called because he's got a townhouse he wants her to decorate but she said she wasn't going to do it because she knows it will be weird for him. Will tells her, "You seem to have it in your head that this is a bigger deal for me than it is.

Karen can't decide on which chair she likes so Grace tells her to sit in one and pretend she's at home. Karen says, "I can't do that. My furniture's good." Grace then dumps the pencils out of their holder, hands it to Karen and says, "This is your third Manhattan." Karen sits and says, "I'm in the library. Music's playing."

Will says hi to him and then says to Jack, "Jack, why is there a sailor at my door?" Jack tells him, "Because the sailor is your new boyfriend. You may now thank me." Will tells him, "Oh, there's a lot of things I'd like to do to you right now." Jack says, "I just need a yes or a no." Will says, "Anchors aweigh." Jack then tells the sailor to leave and Grace says, "You want to hear something disturbing? That's the same guy Jack brought me when I broke up with Danny."
