Jason Momoa was a regular on "Baywatch Hawaii" and appeared as "Conan the Barbarian". Dwayne Johnson is The Rock. Peter Mayhew appeared in "Star Wars" as Chewbacca. Maxi Priest is a British reggae singer of Jamaican heritage.

The planet of Sateda was demolished by the Wraith. Teyla Emmagan was from the planet Athos. The Genii were a human culture that became enemies of the Atlantis inhabitants. The Ancients built Atlantis.
