Hurley is talking to Charlie in this scene during the episode titled "Confidence Man". Charlie was trying to find some peanut butter or peanuts for Claire and asked Hurley if he had anything. Hurley said that all the airplane food was gone, but Charlie insinuated that Hurley was still pretty big and that he had to have something. Hurley got offended and said the above quote, and also informed Charlie that he was down a notch in his belt.

This scene took place on the beach during the episode "Hearts and Minds". Charlie says this to Jack when Jack asks him what he thinks of Locke. Charlie trusts Locke because Locke helped him kick his drug habit. This quote is from the episode "Homecoming", and in this scene Jack, Charlie, and Locke are discussing what to do about Ethan's threat to kill everyone if Claire isn't returned to him. Jack and Charlie want to waltz into the jungle and go after Ethan, but Locke reminds them what happened the last time they went after Ethan unarmed.

Jack and Kate are talking about the silver briefcase that belonged to the marshal in this scene from the episode "Whatever the Case May Be". Kate originally told him that she didn't want Sawyer to open the case because there were guns in it. She managed to convince Jack to help her dig up the marshal's corpse and get the key in his wallet.

When Kate pulls a slight of hand trick to take the key and Jack realizes her game, he gets upset and takes the key from her. They later sit together with the case and open it.

Sawyer agrees to tell Kate where the medication is and when she comes in to talk to him he says that he'll only tell her if she kisses him. Kate can't believe he'd be that disgusting and asks him if he's serious, to which Sawyer replies with the above quote.

Michael is shocked that Sun can speak English during this scene from the episode "House of the Rising Sun". Michael had just been attacked by Jin over a watch he'd found, so he isn't too excited to talk to Sun when she appears. However, Micheal can't believe his ears when all of sudden Sun starts speaking English. Sun asks Michael not to tell anyone especially not her husband.

Hurley has taken it upon himself to build a golf course in this episode titled "Solitary". He calls it the Island Open. When Jack sees what Hurley has done and says, "Hurley, you built a golf course?", Hurley replies with the above quote. Michael seems to think it's stupid that he wasted his time building a golf course when they're dealing with boars, monsters and polar bears, but Hurley's quick to remind them that their life on the island sucks and that this seems like a good way to relieve some stress.

After Jack tells Boone that he should think about returning the license, Boone asks, "Maybe we should do one of those hole things, you know, stick the pen in the throat?"
