Answer: T-Dog and Merle

T-Dog and Merle both died prior to the introduction of Oceanside on "The Walking Dead." The community also consists exclusively of women and children. Oceanside first appeared in season 7, episode 6, "Swear." Oceanside or its members then made appearances in sixteen different episodes thru the end of season 10.

Answer: They were slaughtered by the Saviors

The Saviors extorted all four of the communities that would eventually form a joint milita against them, but the women and children who fled to Oceanside perhaps bore the worst suffering at their hands. Simon, unbeknownst to Negan, had all of the men of the community slaughtered, including all boys over the age of ten, because they failed to pay up.

Answer: Hallowbrant Outreach Recovery Facility

The community was living near, in, or around Hallowbrant Outreach Recovery center when the Saviors began to extort them. After the men and boys over ten were slaughtered, the women fled and discovered Oceanside, where they sought to keep their camp safely hidden from the Saviors. They returned to the center in "Warning Signs" (Season 9, episode 3) when they decided to execute certain Saviors because it was the same spot where their own men were executed.

Woodbury was the town run by the villain of season 3, the Governor. Terminus was home to the cannibals of season 5. West Georgia Correctional Facility was home to Rick's group in seasons 3 and 4.

Answer: Cabin Motor Court

Above the gate that leads to Oceanside is a sign that reads "Cabin Motor Court." A painting on a wall in Oceanside gives further information: "Oceanside Cabin Motor Court, Virginia." The community is therefore on a beach in Virginia most likely either along the Atlantic coast or the Chesapeake Bay.

The group uses original cabins from the old campsite and has built gardens in the campgrounds.

Answer: Sasha

Oceanside was initially lead by Natania, Cyndie's grandmother. When Natania was killed by Enid, Cyndie took over. At some point during the time jump on the show, Rachel came to leadership. She was shown signing the charter for Oceanside when the four communities entered their coalition.

Answer: Tara

In season 7, episode 6, "Swear," Tara jumped from a bridge to escape walkers and eventually washed up on Oceanside's shore. They planned to kill her to keep their location secret, but Cyndie helped her to escape and made her promise not to tell anyone what she had discovered, because they wanted to remain hidden from the Saviors.

Answer: Guns

Alexandria's guns had been taken by Negan, but the community wanted to fight the Saviors. Tara saw all the guns Oceanside had and eventually she broke her promise and told Rick about them. Because Oceanside refused to fight the Saviors, Alexandria invaded the camp and took their guns to use in their war against the Saviors.

Answer: Aaron

Aaron and Enid went to enlist Oceanside's help, but Enid ended up shooting Natania (who attacked Aaron), which didn't exactly ingratiate them to the community. Cyndie spared them despite some in the community urging her to kill them. Aaron sent Enid home but remained camped out near Oceanside and continued his attempts to convince them to join in the fight.

A speech he gave convinced the women to fight, and they finally joined in helping to defeat the Saviors.

Answer: Arat and Justin

Oceanside secretly kidnapped and executed several Saviors (among them Justin) during the peace after the war because of what those Saviors had done to their husbands, brothers, and older male children.

Maggie and Daryl found out what they were up to and caught Cyndie in the act of preparing to kill Arat, but they turned and walked away after Cyndie's emotional recollection of Arat killing her eleven-year-old brother.

Simon was killed by Negan and Gavin by Henry. Laura became an integrated and accepted part of the community and Alexandria and even joined its council. Eugene betrayed the Saviors and re-integrated into Alexandria and later the Hilltop.

Answer: On Oceanside's beach

Aaron and Ezekiel released walkers trapped in an old, washed-up ship a little at a time so the soldiers could practice killing them in formation. Young Judith joined in the exercises.
