Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Musashi is in which city when he's located by Clementine and Hanaryo?

Answer: Jakarta

In Jakarta, Musashi sends his men off to deal with an errand as he receives a phone call from Charlotte. She plans to streamline things a bit now that she knows that she and the other Dolores clones are expendable, and it's why she couldn't fly to Indonesia to solve problems herself. And that's why she leaked his location to someone else.

It's then that Muhashi is met by Clementine, who's there to dispose of him herself. Bullets fly and Musashi nearly escapes, but he's stopped and stabbed through at the door by Hanaryo.

They leave with his head.
2. Charlotte was able to access Delos' and William's files using which of these identifiers that she took from William before his incarceration?

Answer: His blood

Caleb continues to struggle. His memories of his time in the Marines continues to haunt him. He and Dolores head to the Mexican Sonoran Desert on horseback with the critical delivered item in hand. The revolution, for them, is likely at hand, and in the desert upon which Westworld was based, they can chart a new course to freedom. Dolores suggests that maybe Caleb can help her lead people after their fight ends; just like him, she was a bit player in her own life but they can both be more. But first, they need to obtain something valuable that was taken from Caleb, and that's why they're there. In San Francisco, Ashley, Bernard, and William locate the records on Serac that Dolores seemed to lead them to find. William was being used the whole time (through Charlotte); his blood allowed them to get into Delos' systems. And with that blood, the Delos Corporation was allowed to declare him dead.
3. Where was Caleb fighting when Francis died?

Answer: Crimea

Caleb's memories continue to bring him back to his time in Crimea; he was there with his unit during the Russian Civil War specifically to hunt down the worst of the worst in an insurgency crew. It was his job to enter towns, locate the men, and call down the satellite missiles.

The catch was that they, too, were being tracked by the Russians; they lost their whole squad except for himself and Francis. They managed to capture the leader of the insurgency. In Mexico, Dolores constructs her sniper and the two of them scout out the people who destroyed his life.

She launches a drone for reconnaissance, locking onto her human targets, and fires, killing them all remotely.
4. What was the name given to Rehoboam's predecessor?

Answer: Solomon

With minimal fuss, Dolores and Caleb infiltrate the base, deactivating the alarms on the way in. What they find is the compound where Caleb was brought after his time in Crimea, where Serac's therapists forced him to relive his memories of the events that occurred in the war. Dolores admits to him that this visit will be a difficult one for him, but they're there to locate Solomon, the program Serac and his brother made before Rehoboam.

The problem was that the system had so many anomalies that they had to keep it there in Mexico; many believed that it inherited the same ways of thinking as Serac's brother, who was schizophrenic. Dolores wants to ask it for one last strategy.
5. Caleb is told that his reconditioning treatment was successful. That said, the treatment had a success rate of what value?

Answer: 1 in 10

When Dolores and Caleb reach Solomon, they don provided earbuds to talk to it directly. It takes little time for Solomon to calculate the variation in time and space that they're currently in and without much thought into it, Dolores asks Solomon for assistance in going forth with a successful revolution.

The discussion, however, is marred when Solomon brings up Caleb's reconditioning sessions at the lab, a treatment that he was the first to take. Fortunately for him, the treatment took, but he was one in ten. For everyone who it was not effective on, the other nine in ten, they were placed into confinement in the same lab; they're a couple of rooms away. It was a treatment that William was placed into, but it never seemed to work for him. Bernard and Ashley go searching for a list of the people it worked on. Serac, as it seemed, was trying to reprogram people...like the hosts.

But for that, he'd need high-grade biological data; he got it from William in exchange for capital for the park.
6. The program created by Serac to improve the world's data and chart its course for alleged Utopia involved people forcibly removed from society. What name was given to them?

Answer: Outliers

Caleb remembers bringing in the leader of the insurgency; he and Francis planned to get everything they needed out of him. When they removed the man's hood, Francis reminded him that they weren't supposed to talk to him. Evac never came for them and they were ambushed, ultimately, and everyone died except for Caleb.

But there was more. In the lab, Dolores and Caleb come across a hologram of Serac set up for his brother, Jean Mi. As they proceed, they find that the room they've entered is actually a warehouse containing thousands of cryogenically-frozen outliers. Solomon tells Caleb that after his conditioning, he was used by Serac's program to round up outliers.

They created the RICO app to regulate criminality; he was one of the most successful operatives-- he and Francis.
7. The drugs Caleb has been taking since his return from the war are partly responsible for his dissociative memories.

Answer: True

The truth was that Francis never died in the war. Both men were honourably discharged and sent home, but Serac invested heavily in him after the fact by providing treatment and drugs to create dissociative memories; it's why he doesn't remember the truth.

He never captured a man from an enemy insurgency; he and Francis actually kidnapped the CEO of a pharmaceutical company, coincidentally the same one who provided their pills. The man didn't fit Serac's plan, so he was put out to the app. Dolores reminds Caleb that this is why he needed to come to Sonora. Solomon informs them that someone has arrived. Dolores realizes it's the woman who's likely there to kill her. Sure enough, Maeve touches down on the premises. Caleb has to stay back and receive the new strategy; Dolores has to go. That said, she asks Solomon for the strategy Jean Mi asked him to make before Serac put him away.

She tells Caleb to take whatever it gives him and lead.
8. William tells Bernard and Ashley that he has only one more matter of business. What is it?

Answer: To destroy every Host

Dolores and Maeve communicate over the systems in the compound and the two prepare to speak face-to-face, a venture that commences with a sword and gun fight in the lab proper. Dolores asks why Maeve is fighting for them but Maeve, fearing for her daughter's safety, continues. Outside, Dolores is pursued by Maeve's plane. Bernard, Ashley, and William leave their lab in San Francisco as well and William regrounds himself, knowing that there's only one more original sin he needs to correct.

He tells them the truth without sugarcoating it.

He plans to erase every Host from the planet; it's the last thing he needs to do.
9. Who actually killed Francis?

Answer: Caleb

Left alone with Solomon, Caleb has to ask about what actually happened even if it's not optimal to his survival. The truth was that Francis was attacked; he was killed. On the day of the 'attack', the pharmaceutical CEO tried to convince Caleb to kill Francis; he reasoned that Solomon would be listening to them. One of them would get a bonus offer on RICO to kill the other, and odds are it would go to Francis because he had more to lose.

When Francis came back into the room holding his phone, Caleb got paranoid and drew the weapon on Francis instead, potentially beating him to the punch.

There was no insurgency; there was no ambush. And then he was reconditioned. The process is constructed and Solomon informs Caleb that they can proceed. Solomon warns him that they have little time, but it relinquishes a data drive.

There's not at all enough time to warn him of what might happen next.
10. What is the only thing to put an end to Maeve and Dolores' fight in Mexico?

Answer: An EMP

Outside, Maeve and Dolores recommence their fight with the two both forcing each other into close quarters for battle. While Maeve's plane fires from above, Dolores' drone gun prepares to fire from a nearby window. Ultimately, Maeve succeeds in stabbing Dolores in the side and it allows her plane to fire and shoot off Dolores' arm. Dolores heads inside the building and crawls to to her last-ditch plan.

As Caleb receives the data he needs, she hits the engage button on the EMP left to destroy Solomon in case of emergency and it deactivates Maeve, Solomon, and herself with little effort. Elsewhere, Bernard, Ashley, and William come across a closed and raided gas station.

While Bernard and Ashley prepare a car for their use and discuss hunting for Caleb to put a wrench into Dolores' plan to destroy humanity, William grabs a shotgun and plans to fire on the two of them.
