Answer: The Voyager Conspiracy

In "The Voyager Conspiracy", Seven of Nine modifies her Borg alcove to download the ships database into her Borg systems, but there was too much data for her sort through and she mixed it all together formulating speculation after speculation until she could not take it and she left Voyager. The episode entitled "Projections" involves the Doctor hallucinating that he is organic and the crew of Voyager are all holograms. This was caused by a feedback loop in his subroutines while he was on the holodeck and Voyager was exposed to Kenoplasmic radiation.
