Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Where was Kara at, in the flashback that opened the episode?

Answer: The Phantom Zone

Set 13 years in the past, she was dreaming of living in her capsule in the Phantom Zone. She was snapped out of the dream/flashback when Alex arrived at her apartment with doughnuts.
2. At the beginning of the episode was Kara still working for the DEO?

Answer: No

She was upset with Hank for killing her aunt, and had quit working with them because of it. She still wasn't aware that her sister, Alex, had actually done the deed.

DEO stands for Department of Extra-Normal Operations.
3. Who sent the thumb drive, containing information on many prominent people, to Cat Grant early in the episode?

Answer: A computer hacker

It was an episode that tackled the "Ashley Madison" types of websites. Cat refused to publish the hacked names because it didn't fit with her own moral codes. The website in the show was called "DiamondDiscressions.com".
4. What did James bring to Kara's desk?

Answer: Chinese food

He brought her pot stickers and brought up a discussion about the "cheaters" list from earlier in the episode. During this time the hacker popped up in a video chat and threatened to destroy CatCo because the company didn't publish the list.
5. Who did Cat put in charge of leading all of the investigative teams to find out the hacker's identity?

Answer: James

His first instinct was to work the case with Supergirl. Lucy was not pleased that he didn't want to work with her. They agreed to meet up for dinner to talk about the issues in their relationship.
6. Was the hacker human?

Answer: No

The character was an alien by the name of Indigo. She was another Fort Rozz escapee like many of the season 1 villains. The character was played by Laura Vandervoort, who had played Supergirl on the show "Smallville". Indigo was also known as Brainiac 8.
7. Supergirl travelled to Superman's base of operations, The Fortress of Solitude, during the episode. Who took her there?

Answer: James Olsen

Superman himself didn't appear in the episode. James told Supergirl that she flies a lot faster than her cousin as they landed. The key weighed one million tons, but was stored directly under the lock.
8. Why was Indigo imprisoned on Fort Rozz?

Answer: She tried to destroy Krypton.

Her race was used to run everything on Krypton, as they are basically supercomputers. She went rogue and tried to shut down the planetary defense system so she could destroy the planet. She was called the most dangerous prisoner on the prison ship.
9. What branch of the military did Indigo break into and launch missiles?

Answer: Army

She broke into a secure base by traveling through a cell phone. As she turned the keys to initiate the launch sequence she announced, "I love fireworks". She then told Supergirl that she expected the missile to kill more than 7 million people.
10. Who ultimately beat Indigo?

Answer: Winn

He uploaded a "nasty" computer virus into her circuits. It was a malware virus that caused her to explode into millions of little pieces. This happened after she explained to Kara that she was the one that activated the shuttlepod to help Kara and the entire Fort Rozz to escape the Phantom Zone.
